Looks like Lindsay Lohan is back to work!

Lindsay has kept a relatively low profile after getting out of rehab a few weeks ago, mostly going to the gym and even catching a Lakers game. On Thursday, though, the starlet snapped this shot of herself on the set of a photo shoot and tweeted:
