Adding herself to the list of the world’s most beloved famous flippers, Lisa Rinna reacts far more strongly to a parking ticket than a certain pert cheerleader, who recently found herself in a similar quandry.

Lisa might handle a parking citation poorly, but the former Dancing with the Stars competitor wears her Batman t-shirt with aplomb! Those wings are flapping quite nicely.

Even though she’s angrily flipping off the cameras, Rinna still manages to get a thumbs up.
