Madonna and A-Rod Make a Run for the Border

Madonna and Alex Rodriguez sure have been getting around a lot since the 50-year-old singer was granted a quickie divorce from ex-husband Guy Ritchie, 40, late last month.

First they were spotted at the same time in Los Angeles. Then the new couple spent Thanksgiving together.

Now the pair have been hanging out down Mexico way, according to In Touch.

The 33-year-old New York Yankees slugger and his warbling soul-mate were both in Mexico City over the weekend, though the jaunt wasn't all pleasure.

Madge had a couple of concerts to perform at the Foro Sol stadium as part of her wicked and successful Sticky & Sweet tour.

Rodriguez, meanwhile, was in town to inaugurate a new sports arena. Being the lover of children that he is, A-Rod gave free batting lessons to the tykes who attended the opening in the impoverished suburb of Nezahualcoyotl (pronounced as it's spelled).

"It’s a pleasure to talk about baseball, to talk about the importance of keeping children off the streets, out of drugs and out of all the bad things that there are in this life," Rodriguez said during the ceremony.

Wait; a guy who's dating Madonna, lecturing the kiddies about staying away from all the bad things in life?
