Madonna and A-Rod: Now There’s a Sex Tape?
If Britain’s Daily Star is to be believed, a Madonna-Alex Rodriguez sex tape is being shopped around.
The Daily Star alleges a series of e-mails were sent to media outlets claiming “the footage was shot two months ago in an apartment owned by a pal of Madonna she knows through the Kabbalah religion.
“The video man—who is also a friend of the apartment owner—claimed he secretly installed a hidden camera in the living room with the lens pointed at the sofa.”
And the creeping cameraman indicates Madge and A-Rod used the couch for activities other than watching the still-married Material Girl’s back catalog of cinematic gems.
A legal expert tells the Daily Star, “If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy. He would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it.
“That is burglary. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years.”
