While Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon have been jetting across the globe lately promoting Mimi's brilliant career, this weekend they were snapped catching up on a little R&R together on the balcony of a luxury resort in Mexico.

Carey, 39, recently performed at the World Music Awards in Monaco.

In addition, her video for "I Stay In Love," directed by Cannon, 28, premiered online.

However, compared to her skimpy Vegas showgirl garb in that clip, Mimi looks a bit more shy with her wardrobe choices in real life.

Or at least in Mexico.
