Mariah Carey, 38, wore this completely age-inappropriate skirt and half top for a TRL appearance yesterday. (Doesn’t it just make you wanna drop a frog down her shirt in biology class?)

After leaving MTV, Mrs. Nick Cannon traipsed all over Manhattan’s Madison Avenue—shopping without a costume change!

Pity the poor, confused New Yorkers who are accustomed to divas who won’t even let their children wear the same set of clothing twice.
