Bazillionaire tween goddess and rumored former Heath Ledger girlfriend Mary-Kate Olsen might have let her emotions get the best of her during a screening of The Dark Knight, but she's keeps her cool when the cops come poking around.

The Daily Telegraph reports that Olsen is refusing to cooperate with the investigation into Ledger's January 2008 drug-related death unless she's granted immunity from prosecution.

Olsen was the first person called after Ledger's body was found in his New York apartment. Investigators want the actress to tell them whatever she knows about Ledger's drug habits and any information she might have about the morning of his death.

Feds overseeing the case are "frustrated" with Olsen's lack of cooperation.

"Everyone has been very eager to help, except Mary-Kate, who has refused to speak," complains a source close to the investigation.

If Mary-Kate holds firm, investigators should expect a protracted legal battle. Any chick with the courage to go toe-to-toe with Spencer Pratt, make out with Ben Kingsley and wear these can clearly endure whatever the government throws at her.

    On the other hand, does she think she's above the law or something? I hope they waterboard her to get the info out of her.
