So this is what Matthew McConaughey has been getting in shape for with the sexy trainer.

The actor joined Jennifer Lopez and Jon Cryer this morning in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, which raised money for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

McConaughey even stripped off his body suit for the cameras. Hey, he's doin' it for the kids!

Lopez completed the biking, swimming and running event in two hours, 23 minutes and 38.8 seconds.

"I feel really great and so glad I finished and that I made it out of the water. But more amazing than that, I feel really great that we raised $127,000 for the Children's Hospital, and hopefully it'll go to good use," said Lopez, as noted by Us.

McConaughey's race time was one hour, 30 minutes and 44.7 seconds.

All in all, the event raised $950,000.
