Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves' son Levi is living large. He's already been to a rock concert and done the red carpet. And he's only a little past 30-days-old!

Levi was present during the debut of his mom Camila's new MUXO purse line at Kitson Thursday night. Matty carried Levi in a car seat down the red carpet (in his usual disguise as laundry), and Mom breast-fed him in the back!

McConaughey says that there's no need to coddle Levi. He can go anywhere with them. He's like a backpack!

"Everyone talked about how, oh, you have a kid, life changes, it's like 180 degrees on a dime full stop, wow," he says. "That hasn't been the case," he told Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

McConaughey also revealed that Levi's been to a John Mellencamp concert.

Before you know it, he'll be on a surfboard.
