Meg Ryan: Failure at Love

Meg Ryan, 46, tells Hello! magazine as reported by Us that she “didn’t succeed” at balancing her career with her love life.
“It’s very difficult to be a career person and have a relationship. I didn’t succeed at doing it at all.”
Plastic surgery addict Ryan famously left husband Dennis Quaid in 2000 and began a relationship with Proof of Life co-star Russell Crowe. It didn’t last. No one likes a phone-tosser.
“I empowered myself by not staying in the thing with Russell,” she said in 2006.
In recent years, the currently single Ryan has been raising her 15-year-old son Jack, adopted a daughter from China, and hacked up her face so much that she’d fit right in at the Witness Protection Program.
