Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen star Megan Fox and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles actor Brian Austin Green have reportedly called off their engagement.

“The relationship had run its course,” a source tells Us Magazine. “It’s completely amicable, and they are remaining friends.”

The two of them are supposedly “focusing on their careers,” the source adds.

The couple have been an item since 2004, and got engaged in November of 2006. Since then, their relationship status has been a roller-coaster ride over the past few months. In November, Green insisted that the two were altar-bound and in the process of planning their wedding, though reports from earlier that year indicated that Fox and Green, while still a couple, had broken off their engagement.

There have long been rumors of trouble in their relationship, especially since Fox was solo at January’s Golden Globes and explained that Green was too manly to show.

It also probably didn’t help their relationship when Fox was very outspoken about her lust for 17 Again star Zac Efron.
