I see the similarities between them career wise.
Marilyn (god rest her soul) was a no talent actress who’s looks were the base of her career. They allowed her to become more famous and successful than many of the other more talented actresses of her time. Even with that Marilyn was still VERY insecure. Megan is the same in that respect. No talent as an actress but her looks have given her a big career. To where she will probably become more famous and successful than actresses like Anne Hathaway whom actually have talent. On top of that even with all her looks are bringing her she’s very insecure. I can’t vouch for the mental problems though.

Goodness gracious, i feel bad saying it but this girl is an idiot. I normally ignore anything this idiot would say or any articles but I’m a film fan and michael Bay has earned his respect. You don’t know squat. Have you read any of the well-researched biographies of Marilyn Monroe? Have you seen her better movies like Bus Stop, Some Like It Hot, The Prince and the Showgirl, and The Misfits? Marilyn Monroe started out with no acting ability, but because of her strong desire for self-improvement she developed into a talented comedic actress. Also, through her association with the Actors Studio in New York, she improved her dramatic acting skills in films like Bus Stop and The Misfits. Even actors like Laurence Olivier praised her abilities in film. Unlike Megan Fox, however, Marilyn didn’t spew out verbal diarrhea. She had a lot of personal issues because of her terrible childhood, but Marilyn always behaved with class in public and in interviews. You insult the millions of people who loved Marilyn then (as we do now) by saying she was just a pretty face who was “allowed to become more famous and successful.” She was successful because the public paid to see her movies. There were more talented actresses among her peers, but they did not attract crowds to the movie theaters the way she did. She had a vulnerability and child-like innocence that strangely blended with her sexy glamour; that’s what many people find appealing about her, and why there are over 300 biographies of her in English alone. Not bad for someone who’s been dead over 45 years, who is still relevant today. Megan has yet to prove herself and comparing the two women is ridiculous. At least it’s not as bad as comparing Marilyn to trailer trash Anna Nicole Smith. All the widely-known facts about Marilyn contradict what you’ve said, so you need to STFU!

Okay first of all she never said that she wanted to be an example to little girls. And thank god for that because if you are a parent and want your daughters to be looking up to Miley Cyrus than I would take a good look in the mirror.
