Megan Fox’s Rose Boy Gets Blown Off AGAIN!
Poor Harvey Kindlon just can’t seem to catch a break.
Kindlon, the 11-year-old boy who became an Internet sensation after pictures of him unsuccessfully trying to give a rose to Megan Fox on the red carpet of the London premiere of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, has been blown off yet again, the New York Post reports.
Kindlon received a second crack at meeting Fox after film company Kodak offered a $5,000 reward for information on his whereabouts. Kodak then flew the preteen out to New York so he could meet Fox, who had apologized for brushing off his gesture in London.
Sadly, the meeting was not to be. Kodak had hoped to arrange the encounter during the filming of Friday’s installment of the Today show, which had booked Fox for an appearance. However, Fox’s segment was bumped due to Michael Jackson‘s untimely death late last week, and Fox high-tailed it back to Los Angeles—without ever meeting with her spurned fan.
Better put that rose in some water, kid; you might be holding onto it for a while.

People think of celebrities as people who have to fit into this little picture frame idea of what a celebrity is supposed to be. Even Megan Fox is just a normal person like me or you. She is just outrageously attractive and is an actor who made it into big, commercial movies. She can be angry at anyone she wants to just like the rest of us. So what if she blew off a kid trying to give her something. Imagine how many people would try to give you things to please you if you were a “celebrity”.
It’s not Fox’s fault. She can’t help not being in a segment if the show doesn’t put the segment on, and when you’re constantly being dragged through a crowd there really isn’t time to look anywhere except straight ahead. I enjoy that people think meeting fans is easy. I’d like to see them try to meet everyone who wants to meet them and not be perceived as a “bitch” when they can’t.

People, give it a rest. Megan Fox is an actress. If she stopped her work and looked for every fan that did not get to give her a flower or receive an autograph, she would eventually become way too drained. Being an actor is a busy job with heavy responsibilities.
