Since the news that Mel Gibson's wife of nearly 30 years, Robyn Moore, has filed for divorce, some new details have begun to trickle out.
This could very well become one of the biggest celebrity divorce settlements ever, as Robyn is said to be legally entitled to half of everything Mel has earned since their marriage in 1980, which is rumored to be around $1 billion. So far in the proceedings, no evidence of a prenuptial agreement between the two has emerged.
According to People, some of Gibson's biggest assets include more than $600 million from The Passion of the Christ, $100 million or more in real estate investments, and $75 million from film and TV projects that he executive-produced.
Robyn cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of the divorce, but there have been multiple rumors that one of the major factors leading up to the divorce was an alleged affair between Mel and a Russian singer by the name of Oksana Kolesnikova. However, TMZ reports that Oksana is denying all rumors that the two have been romantically involved.
A statement released from Oksana's representative reads, "Sorry to hear about Mel Gibson’s divorce. Somehow Oksana is being linked to Gibson’s, but there are no emotional ties between the two that I am aware of."
Mel might want to talk to his friend Britney Spears for advice about people taking away his hard-earned money. That's what friends are for! (The advice-giving, not the money-taking.)

So she gets half his fortune, but does she get half his anti-semetism?
Guess he'll have to sell half of Malibu, which he apparently owns.
If she publishes a tell all book, hopefully it's a show all book too.
Being Catholic though, she probably didn't take any steamy photos of him in the shower. Which is why I'm against religion. She'll probably include photos of him shooting scenes on a set in a towel with captions like, "After shooting this scene in a towel, I sent my husband to confession and he had to say three Hail Marys."
I'm not knocking her. She is more than likely a very nice lady.

BA BANK KRITIK
