Michael Jackson: Where There's a Will, There's a Way to Snub Your Dad
Sounds like Michael Jackson is giving his dad the royal screw-job from beyond the grave.
The Wall Street Journal reports that a will that the singer drafted in 2002—believed to be the most recent will for the singer, who died last Thursday at the age of 50—"isn't believed" to include his father, Joe Jackson.
Instead, the will is said to divide Jackson's estate between his mother Katherine, his three children, and one or more charities.
Though Jackson had financial troubles in recent years—and died with approximately $500 million in debt—it's estimated that his assets exceed his debt by as much as $200 million, and the massive sales of Jackson's music since his passing is likely to increase that amount.
L. Londell McMillan, a lawyer for Jackson's parents, tells the newspaper, "No will has been presented to family or us. We will review any will when we see it."
No doubt that there'll be some contesting to do if Joe Jackson was, indeed, left out of the document!
In the meantime, have your say in the comments section: Do you think it was right of Michael Jackson to leave his father out of his will?

yes i think its right and i think its funny. Love you Michael
I think his father was the source of all Michael's interpersonal difficulty.
yea i THINK HIS FATHER WAS ABUSIVE WHEN HE WAS YOUNG. aND IT FOLLED HIM THE REST OF HIS LIFE
I'm glad He didn't leave anything to his dad...
Hell yeah it should leave out his dad!!! Even though it is Joe Jackson that made them famous, he pushed michael way too hard for a child and beat him whenever he didn't meet his standards...
Will YA I'm GLAD that Mj didn't leave him a thing .... R.I.P MJ
Yeah i do! He hit Michael as a kid!! Good on ya MJ!!! :)) R.I.P And wasn't his brothers and sisters included in the will then?
Way to go MJ! Don't give that man a thing!
rumors say his father was very strict. all he cared about was making money and all he cared about was fame and making michael famous.
THINK ABOUT IT...MAYBE IF IT WASNT FOR HIS FATHER HE WOULDNT BE WHO HE WAS...
yes, l hope that he was left out. Joe was the source of all
Michael's demons. He was a ruthless callous man, and he made the Jackson 5 what they were out of his own ambition, not for the good of his sons. On top of all that, he was unfaithful to Katherine. All this was too much for the young Michael. Add to that physical abuse and missing out on any kind of childhood, and u have a very unhappy human being. Michael struggled with his demons his entire life. And even in death, Joe continues to embarrass him by selling his reord label when his attention should be on his son. What a disgrace he is. Shame on you Joe Jackson!
