Michael Jackson is back where he belongs—on the top of the charts.

The King of Pop’s behind-the-scenes movie This Is It took the number one spot this Halloween weekend with a $21.3 million opening.

The movie’s distributor Sony just announced that it will extend the movie’s release beyond the planned two-week run due to the $101 million worldwide that the movie has already made in its first five days.

“He’s just loved everywhere on the planet,” said Rory Bruer, head of distribution for Sony of Michael Jackson. ”It doesn’t matter if it’s Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, South America. Every continent in the world loved him and his music.”
