Michael Lohan Wants To See His Kids, Well, Not Lindsay
Camera hog and Lindsay Lohan daddy Michael Lohan is re-opening his divorce case against pimpish ex-wife Dina Lohan. Mr. Lohan claims that Dina is preventing him from seeing his younger children, Ali, 14, and Cody, 11. Lohan has filed court papers in Nassau County stating that “Top 20 Long Island Mom” Dina has reneged on their custody agreement.
“I gave her the house, the furniture, the dogs, the bank accounts, the $200,000 she owed me, just to see my kids,” Lohan blustered to Rush & Mulloy. “She doesn’t bring them to see me. She brought them to Vegas for her reality show, then to California.”
Lindsay’s disgruntled father says that adult children Lindsay, 21, and actor son Michael, 20, are on their own whether they visit him or not.
But he claims that Dina was supposed to have brought the younger kids for a therapist-monitored visit this past Tuesday, but Dina took Ali to do The David Letterman Show instead.
Well, consider the choices. That’s not a hard one. Hanging out with jailbird Daddy or chilling and pitching your E! reality show with David Letterman. Think, Michael.
Michael, a former trader who is now a “Christian counselor,” served time for aggravated driving and attempted assault. He declares that his kids are his main focus in life. That, and keeping his name in the papers by publicly commenting on every move his wife and two famous daughters make.
“If I was a maniac, I could understand it. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke. I work, I go to the gym, I go home. I just want to see my kids,” he says.
Someone needs to revise their definition of “maniac.”
