Blind Item: Mike Myers

The New York Daily News ran a one sentence blind item posing the following question: “Which divorced comic superstar is exploring a groovy new real-life persona: that of an openly gay man?”
From there, Gawker very confidently ran their guess, with the title, “Mike Myers: International Man of Not-So-Much Mystery.” According to the entertainment industry gossip blog, for years now the Toronto resident has been “out’n proud.”
The Saturday Night Live alum has an ex-wife Robin Ruzan, whom he married in 1993. The two divorced in 2005 with no children.
UPDATE (March, 8, 2011): Myers reps confirmed to news outlets that he secretly married girlfriend Kelly Tisdale in a private ceremony five months ago.
