What's this, Miley Cyrus? Carousing with your pretend Hannah Montana friend Cody Linley? At 10 p.m.? On a Tuesday? Isn't that a school night?

Billy Ray Cyrus' little bundle of cash joy was seen leaving Cody's place in Los Angeles and climbing into his Mustang convertible with him last night at an hour when the 15-year-old singing sensation probably should have been home taking provocative pictures of herself, not roaming the streets with a boy.

Sure, Billy Ray's not big on boundaries, but come on—not even a curfew?

Maybe there's a semi-innocent explanation for all this—like the two were merely scripting a new Web video to torment Selena Gomez with.

But if the pair have something other than YouTube in mind, hopefully they're using protection. Wouldn't want any unfortunate, career-killing mishaps, after all.

Leave the girl alone - if any other 15 year old was doing this it wouldn't be such a big deal, damn media blowing it out of propertion to sell their crap stories. No-one says anything about Selena or Demi tarting around the Jonas Bros concerts or going to dinner etc. Get over it!

That does seem a little strange. I mean, I know she is 15, but 10.00pm?! That is a little late to leave a 18-year-old's house? Her parents obviously don't care.... more likely coz' she's famous and don't wanna be known as grumpy ole' folks of a famous kid. And didn't Miley say 'My parents always keep my grounded?' Yeah right! I love her, though!

i don't expect a 15 year old to be out at this time. it does not matter wat she is not doing or doing its wrong.
