Miley Cyrus and Hugh Jackman To Remake ‘The Bodyguard’

Woah, what a collaboration!
Variety is reporting that teen queen Miley Cyrus is teaming up with super sexy Aussie dad Hugh Jackman in a remake of The Bodyguard. This surprising news comes after the two were spotted dining at Morton’s Steakhouse with movie executives a few weeks ago.
The remake, called Personal Security, will have Jackman playing a NYC police detective who is forced to become the bodyguard of a spoiled teen heiress who is involved in a kidnap threat.

This is NOT true. Hugh just acquired the rights to “Personal Security” and was seen having lunch with Miley Cyrus and everyone is jumping to conclusions. The ONLY thing variety reported was the new movie – THAT’S IT. Everyone is speculating since he was seen having lunch with her and the premise of the movie. NONE of the trades have said anything about them being in a movie together.

it’s official hollywood it’s out of ideas i don’t mind miley cyrus it”s obviously she want to become a full time actress and not a singer thank god but why hollywood keep making remake after remake i know 17 again did good money but this is ridiculous what’s next more comic to film movies or video game to film that’s ridiculous.

I doubt that they will be falling in love. I am sure they will change the story line some. I hope she does do a cover of “Dolly Partons” her God Mothers song “I will always love you” Dolly took it to the top of the chart twice before “Whitney Houston” did a cover of it for the movie “Bodyguard”

It´s NOT CONFIRMED by Variety! The only movie Variety confirmed was Personal Security for Jackman sometimes in the future. That he and Cyrus were seen somewhere during lunch has nothing to do with it! This is incredible – how can you be called journalists when you don´t check sources?
