Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston Do a Dinner Date Alone

Freelance photographers, acting as stand-in chaperons, snapped Miley Cyrus and her fly-front posing, Youtube-serenading boyfriend Justin Gaston on the way to dinner Thursday night.

Cyrus, who normally has to take the parents along everywhere she goes, managed to sneak out for some one-on-one time with Gaston at L.A.'s Table 8 restaurant.

Miley probably needs the quiet time. She's had to refute recent rumors that she's trying to crawl out from under the thumb of big daddy Disney.

A company that owns her heart and soul, and that she claims she isn't leaving.

In the big picture, it doesn't matter if mouthy Cyrus leaves or not.

Wherever she goes, and whoever she goes with, the paparazzi will always be keeping an eye on Miley for Disney, and for protective papa Billy Ray Cyrus too!

    Miley is soo grown up to go out now
    she doesnt need her dad to go around wid her or agent shes way old now she can go out her self
