Miley Cyrus Stars in 'Family Lunch'

Miley Cyrus and her family and boyfriend were peeped by paps leaving Paty's restaurant in Toluca Lake, California.

The family really does dig Miley's boyfriend Justin Gaston, 20. Check the protective arm that dad Billy Ray Cyrus has thrown around his shoulder.

Either that or its a "watch it around my daughter, prettyboy" warning.

Cyrus' New Year's Eve special, the "Miley-Sized Surprise" had her playing a surprise show at the high school of one of her biggest fans.

MTV reports that not only did Miley play Alison Kaprielian's high school, she also donated to her breast cancer charity and treated her and her mother (who was diagnosed with breast cancer) to makeovers.

As for her music, the channel also reports that she's experimenting with hip-hop but it's "nothing serious."

How does she actually find time for lunch?

i wish that this "Jason" guy would just go away. We all know that he is using Miley to get into the country buisness. And once and "if' he ever gets there he will ditch Miley and run. I mean without Miley we wouldn't even know his name.Miley deserves better than him.

a) about the "quotable" thing, hannah montana isn't just a project and miley doesn't seem to want out of it anytime soon...
b) taylor, it's justin, not jason.
and c) you don't know him or anything about him. just because he's older than miley doesn't mean he's using her and it doesn't mean he's a bad guy. how do you know she deserves "better"? you actually don't know either of them, so maybe you should stop judging.
