It may be December but that won’t stop Miley Cyrus from wearing her favorite clothing item – teeny tiny jean shorts!
The “Can’t Be Tamed” songbird was spotted wearing jorts while getting coffee with her make-up artist and BFF, Denika Bedrossian, in West Hollywood on Thursday.
Miley jazzed up her shorts with a pair of cowboy boots, a baggy sweater jacket and a turquoise necklace.
