Mischa Barton Wished A Happy Birthday (With Tongue)

They don't call it "Gay Paree" for nothing.

Mischa Barton received a "Happy Birthday" kiss from her friend, Canadian model Irina Lazareanu, at a party for Mischa in Paris yesterday. (The former O.C. star and chartiable soul turned 23 on  Saturday.) The City of Lights just makes everyone friendly! The champagne probably helped as well.

Barton (you can win her dress) was the shining star at a very "edgy Parisian jetset" birthday party thrown for her at the Caviar Kaspia restaurant yesterday.

Also in attendance were Bettie Page successor Dita Von Teese, fashion designers Oliver Theyskens and Giambattista Valli, and photographer Ali Mahdavi.

It's good to see that Paris seems to have settled down a little bit for Mischa.

Mischa has been making the rounds at the Spring/Summer collection shows for 2009. She was spotted at the modest Christian Dior show yesterday wearing a little yellow number with a striking (and hopefully fake) white fur jacket.

Earlier in the day, it was a big broad brimmed hat, flowing sweater coat and Converse sneakers. She appears to have left her name-branded headbands at home.

Barton has also reportedly found a new beau to replace her ex, Rooney singer Taylor Locke.

The Daily Mail reports that Barton returned to London with her new boyfriend, musican Luke Pritchard, last night. She loves the rockers.

Pritchard is in a band called The Kooks, and the couple were spotted leaving her London hotel and heading to the Porthole Comedy Club at the Good Ship Inn in Kilburn.

A make-out session reportedly ensued.

"I'm very lucky. She's beautiful, so I feel lucky she decided to go out with someone like me," Pritchard recently stated.

Barton seems to have left the U.S. behind for the time being. She has a British boyfriend, and just finished filming a movie (Bhopal: Prayer for Rain) in India. We miss you, Mischa! Get the lastest scoop on everything Mischa here.
