Perhaps Britney Spears should just start chartering helicopters—the embattled pop star can't leave the house without getting into an auto scuffle.

Today, as Spears was being chauffeured in a white Cadillac Escalade to various retail spots, news reports and eye-witness accounts say a fender bender went down between Team Spears and a paparazzi van.

Other paps on the scene say Britney's SUV backed right into the other car. Spears and her driver maintain the pap van pulled forward and hit them.

Spears will reportedly file a police report later today. You know, just a daily errand in between lattes and fedora shopping!
