With the recently released Dark Knight raking in ticket sales, the promo duties are over, and the stars of the movie are basking in their free time:

Heath Ledger‘s performance as the Joker was so outstanding there is talk of him being nominated for an Oscar posthumously.

Maggie Gyllenhaal is the new face (and body) of Agent Provocateur lingerie. Even her own brother thanks the heavens for such a hot sibling.

However, not all of the stars were so lucky.

Batman, Christian Bale that is, landed in scandal when he was arrested in London for assault of his mother and sister. Allegedly, the two female family members had criticised Bale’s wife, Sandra Sibi Blazic.

Christian is released on bail until September. By then, the next Dark Knight‘s casting should be finalized. Soon after, the world will know if the accusations by Bale’s mom and sis had any merit.
