People reports that singer Ashlee Simpson's older sister Jessica Simpson appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show and reported that her nine months-pregnant sister might be ready to induce labor. "They're going to have to. It's already developing really quick," Jessica told Ellen at Monday's taping. Simpson told Ellen that Ashlee's trying everything to finally give birth to her and Fall Out Boy husband Pete Wentz's first baby. "Different foot massages and stuff," Jessica said. "I don't know. I think she's really just jumping around trying everything right now."
Us reports that The Bachelor season six winner Mary Delgado has once again been arrested. Delgado was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in Del Rio, Texas, on Saturday evening. She was reportedly asked to leave Lorina's Cantina and refused, saying it was her "constitutional right" to remain at the bar. After being detained, Delgado reportedly kicked out the radio in the police car she was held in. Delgado was released on bail paid for by Byron Velvick, who was the "bachelor" she won on TV. Delgado was also arrested and charged with battery in November of 2007 for punching Velvick in the mouth.

Pete Wentz should fill up a paper bag with his breath, sneak up behind Ashlee, and pop it right next to her ear. That'll get the job done.
