Chicago police already have one suspect in custody, William Balfour, for the shooting deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew. TMZ reports that they are "trying to determine" whether or not there was an accomplice to the murders. Witnesses say that Balfour drove a teal Chrysler to the Hudson's block on Chicago's South Side the morning of the murders. The same car was later found abandoned a mile away, and the white SUV which belonged to murder victim Jason Hudson and contained Julian King's body was reportedly found 13 miles away from the murder scene.

A rep from ABC's The View is denying that hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Joy Behar are getting into behind-the-scenes screaming matches, according to Us. "These fabricated rumors about alleged dissention between Elisabeth and Joy are as untrue today as they were yesterday, a week ago and when the rumor(s) first started," a View spokesperson said.

Variety reports that Robert Downey Jr. has signed a multi-picture deal with Marvel Pictures in which he will appear in two more Iron Man films, as well as the all-star super heroes movie The Avengers. Fox News reports that the Jessica Simpson vehicle Major Movie Star, which was never released in the United States, is a top box office draw in Russia since it's Oct. 9 release. This is despite word that one of the participants in the film called it "maybe one of the worst films ever made.” Simpson's father Joe is reportedly listed as one of 15 producers on the film.
