DJ AM, who survived a plane crash that left four dead in South Carolina alongside Blink-182′s Travis Barker in September, has filed a lawsuit. AM is seeking damages against the estates of the two pilots who were killed in the crash. He’s also suing Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Exec Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet. AM’s suit claims that “rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner,” according to TMZ. Travis Barker has also filed a similar lawsuit.
