The Daily Mail is reporting that admitted sex addict David Duchovny and wife Tea Leoni have reportedly been separated for several months despite his entering rehab for his addiction in August."She is living on her own with the children in New York, but we did not want to announce it for the sake of the children until after David had received treatment for his problems," her spokeswoman said. Sources also say that their split wasn't entirely due to his sexual compulsion problems. Leoni has reportedly been involved with actor Billy Bob Thornton since they filmed a movie together called Manure. Duchovny is said to have found text messages on his wife's phone between her and Thornton, who is Angelina Jolie's ex-husband.

The Times reports that Madonna has sought out the services of British divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton in her split from director Guy Ritchie. Shackleton represented Prince Charles in his divorce from Princess Diana, and Paul McCartney in his split from Heather Mills. Madonna and estranged husband Guy Ritchie reportedly have a combined net worth of over $500 million and there is speculation that Ritchie could receive up to $260 million in the eventual divorce settlement.

TMZ reports that actor Ryan O'Neal and son Redmond have both been charged with felony possession of methamphetamines. Ryan, 67, and Redmond, 23, were arrested last month after a random probation sweep resulted in drugs being found in the elder O'Neal's bedroom and in Redmond's possession.

People reports that former Cosby Show actress Lisa Bonet is expecting her third child. Bonet and current boyfriend Jason Momoa also have a 14-month-old daughter named Lola. Bonet is also mother to 19-year-old daughter Zoe with her ex-husband, rocker Lenny Kravitz.

Fox News reports that Desperate Housewives creator and executive producer Marc Cherry released a statement on actor Gale Harold, who plays Jackson on the hit show and was in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday evening. "We're hearing he's going to be fine, but he's going to be recovering for a couple of weeks," Cherry said. Cherry also mentioned that Harold, who is currently in the ICU unit at LA's USC Medical Center, has "swelling of the brain." Harold's spokesperson also reported that Harold has a broken shoulder.
