Goodness, Sophie Monk. That water sure does look refreshing.

The Australian actress and former Benji Madden flame hit the beach in Malibu yesterday, to take a surfing lesson and give fellow beachgoers whiplash.

How awesome is that? If most people looked like Sophie Monk, they would look in the mirror assume that there was no possible room for improvement.

But Sophie Monk—brave, beautiful soldier that she is—boldly struggles to elevate herself. And in the process, she elevates us all.
