Morning Frills #43: ‘The Hietanen of Ecstasy’ Edition

From cars to electronics, Japan excels at making things better by making them smaller. So perhaps it’s appropriate that designer Maria Hietanen chose that nation to unveil the creations of her Maria H. swimwear line.

Held at Tokyo’s Aoyama Geihinkan yesterday, the parade of fleshy delights was populated not only by the designer herself, but by a bevy of helpful models led by Hiroko Mimo, better known in beauty-pageant circles as Miss Universe Japan 2008.
