MTV Movie Awards Get Huge Ratings!

Those Twilight-ers sure brought the star power to Sunday's MTV Movie Awards.

The 2009 MTV Movie Awards ratings were up 92% percent from last year, due to host Andy Samberg's incredible performance, funny sketches and presenters, and the immense attention surrounding Rob Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and company.

It was the highest rated award show since the 2004 MTV Movie Awards, and was watched by an average of 5.3 million viewers.

The most popular individual clips on MTV's website have been the Bruno/Eminem crack attack, followed by the New Moon trailer.

I watched it for Twilight but I'll never watch it again. It was the WORST show. Yuk. So happy Twilight won though.

5 million is NOT huge. even for cable its just ok. absolute not Huge. does the person who wrote this even know anything about ratings???

well, i'll have to say that my favorite part of the show was when Kristen let the award fall on the floor...hahahaha!!! lol... That was hilarious, but i felt for her, poor thing she dindi't know what to do.
