What a trouper! Even though Naomi Watts just gave birth to her son Samuel Kai on December 13, she's already running errands in New York City!

This afternoon Naomi, 40, and partner Liev Schreiber were photographed leaving their Manhattan apartment with Samuel, giving the world its first glimpse at their boy.

Braving the 29-degree weather, the couple were accompanied by Naomi's mother Myfannwy, their nanny and their dogs.

Liev, 41, almost slipped on ice at one point, while walking over a frozen-over embankment with his mother-in-law. Luckily there were plenty of people around to catch his little tyke in case of just such an emergency!

Meanwhile, Watts and Schreiber were also snapped while doing holiday shopping on Saturday. Naomi was even carrying furniture, a mere week to the day after giving birth!

In addition to Samuel, the happy pair also have a 1-year-old son, Alexander Pete.
