Last year New Kids on the Block fans rejoiced after hearing news they probably never thought would come—that the seminal boy band were reuniting after 14 years for a new album and a world tour.
In September, NKOTB released their latest LP The Block and kicked off their New Kids on the Block: Live world tour, featuring Natasha Bedingfield and fashionable chart topper Lady GaGa as opening acts on their American dates.
But while the international leg of the tour was originally slated to end on February 5 in Dusseldorf, Germany, the band have announced 13 more North American dates for spring.
Celebuzz has learned exclusively from the band that the next round in the tour will hit cities in Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, California and Canada.
Check out the exclusive Celebuzz gallery of 20 plus photos of the New Kids preparing to retake America!

A full decade before *NSync and the Backstreet Boys struck pop gold, Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Danny Wood racked up 80 million record sales worldwide throughout the late '80s and early '90s.
They hit the top of the U.S. album chart twice, and conquered the Billboard Hot 100 three times, with "I'll Be Loving You (Forever)," "Hangin' Tough" and "Step By Step."

I absolutely loved the shows I went to! There was newness and nostalgia all at the same time! These guys are HOT! It may have been years since they've performed together, but they still got it! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to feel 15 years old and giddy again checking out their show. You can even buy VIP tickets and meet them finally after all these years! Get your girlfriends together and enjoy the show!
I was so excited to hear about this reunion! I anxiously awaited the Today show announcement in May, I bought 2 copies of The Block in September before I even heard it and was glued to my computer that same month to purchase concert tickets the second they went on sale. Jackpot! I scored two tickets to the Boston and Tampa shows. So what if I'm from NY, a little roadtrip in the name of superfandom was no hurdle. As a long time Blockhead I must admit my opinion IS jaded by my devotion to Joey McIntyre but that being said, ALL the guys put on a really great show. Despite rocky performances on Today and The View their concert is sure to please old and new fans alike. If nothing else it is an excuse to grab your girlfriends and party like it's 1989! It is awesome to see fans supporting this reunion and the new music. That may not be enough to silence nonbelievers out there but, that's ok. Fans like me can't hear the critics over the roar of the crowd when Joey, Danny, Donnie, Jordan and Jon take the stage!
I was incredibly Happy and so excited to hear about the guys reunion. I watched the today show it was amazing and the guys were great. I saw them Twice On the first half of the tour. My best friend and I traveled over 200 miles one way to see them perform, it was totally worth it. The guys put on a great performance and when the Block Debuted I went and bought Two Copies Its a great album I absolutely love it. I will be seeing them again soon and I could not be more excited. I am a Blockhead and Proud of it. I have liked the guys since 1988. I could not describe the feeling I got at my first show. My best friend and I could not be more excited about this reunion I am very glad they are back
