Life & Style dishes some details on New Moon in its latest issue, revealing some crucial variations that the cinematic version takes from the Stephenie Meyer book of the same name.
First off, as has already been revealed, Robert Pattinson's role of Edward Cullen has been beefed up from the book version so that, instead of being summoned as a mere voice in Bella Swan's head, he will appear as an apparition. And apparently, Bella will commit some feat of derring-do and push fate in order to make Cullen appear to her.
Also, the film will include a major action scene in which Laurent battles back against the werewolves out to destroy him.
Perhaps most significantly, while Meyer's novel has Cullen telling Bella that he will only turn into a vampire if they marry, a very different ultimatum will be used in the movie. Have your say in the comments section: How do you think Edward's ultimatum will differ in the movie?

i will be very dissapointed if they change it too much i love the books just how they are. and sara, renesmee ties the whole story together, she plays a very important part.
I bet the new ultimatum is, "Give up Jacob."
what???? They have to leave the marriage ultimatum in... Edward's character is VERY old fashioned. If they take the whole marriage thing out, it takes away from who Edward is... I hope they keep this marriage thing in somehow- b/c the bottom line is, Edward wanted to marry Bella. Period!

Ok if they change the marriage condition they are INSANE i love that part SO much LOL Edward is all like "your ruining my ego Bella.....i just asked you to marry me and you think its a joke". i still cant believe Edward and Bella didn't say they loved each other in twilight.... its what all the books are about!!! come on!!!
i love the fourth book, i hope that they do get married, and bella gets pregnant. as long as this happens i got no qualms

I Like the idea of edward appearing in person as bellas visions, but i dont like the change in conditions about the marriage. There is nothing i can think of that would make it better and be able to continue the story for the third book as well.... I was dissapointed in the first Movie but will see the rest just because i love the books so much.
