<p>How did she manage to get such an amazing physique?</p>
<p>When it comes to working out, Smirnoff &#8212; <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/photos/101-hot-bodies-25-1/6-karina-smirnoff-101-hot-bodies/" target="_blank">who ranked No. 6 on the Celebuzz 101 Hot Bodies countdown</a> &#8212; says that it&#8217;s more than just setting realistic workout goals for yourself. &#8220;It&#8217;s about finding a routine that works and that I can stick to,&#8221; she told Celebuzz in an exclusive video interview. &#8220;I like variety; I get bored very quickly.&#8221;</p>

<p>Smirnoff has even developed her own uniquely customized, fitness experience for hotel, resort, and cruise ship guests called DanceFIT-KS. She also has her own line of vitamin supplements coming out soon called Karina&#8217;s Ketones. On top of avoiding meat and eating egg whites and salads, the star stays on top of her game by throwing back a tablespoon of olive oil on an empty stomach to help with digestion.</p>

The trainer&#8217;s Supermodel Series workout &#8212; which combines short duration exercises with high-intensity drills &#8212; has been keeping Victoria Secret models like Klum, <strong>Karolina Kurkova</strong> and <strong>Doutzen Kroes</strong> fit and fabulous for years.</p>
<p>The celebrity trainer shares her secrets to Klum&#8217;s runway-ready body in an exclusive interview with <strong>Celebuzz</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What is it like working out with Heidi Klum?</strong><br />
<strong>Andrea Orbeck:</strong> Because Heidi is so funny and enthusiastic, fun is always a part of the work. She takes the work required very seriously, but doesn&#8217;t act serious about it. I guess one would call that attitude.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s a typical workout like?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> We use tools &#8212; like an awesome playlist &#8212; to motivate us. She works out in really beautiful workout gear to inspire her and we create challenges &#8212; like hill sprints, for example &#8212; to give her incentive.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What areas does she tend to focus on the most?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> Heidi&#8217;s body is quite perfect. To gain full symmetry, we did a lot of circuits, which kept the heart rate up, while doing muscle work. Jumping rope, sprinting, doing arm curls with kettlebells, squats and ab work done in between is a fast and killer way to get toned.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How did you shake up Klum&#8217;s fitness routine post-baby to shed the extra pounds?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> Because we had to accomplish goals that required less time and context than normal, we added a couple extra days per week. We focused on her core post-baby, and sometimes we would devote an entire session to intense cardio with all ab movements in between. The intensity was way harder than most of the sessions. She was a trooper.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What has been the biggest challenge or goal for Klum when it comes to health and fitness?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> Like all busy women with very full lives and responsibilities, Heidi prioritizes balance to maintain all of her goals. She is a mom, a model and a mogul. Fitting in fitness is an obstacle she overcame with total organization. She is a pro.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: In what other ways does Klum maintain her healthy lifestyle?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> Nutrition is a key phrase I ask clients to know: clean, lean, green and protein. Most meals should consist of non-processed foods that are low-saturated in fat with lots of vegetables to accompany them. Choosing muscle sculpting options like chicken, turkey breast, egg whites, fish and beans is a key trick to maintaining a sexy and fit body.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: Tell us about your recent work for Heidi Klum on AOL.</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> We do segments on all topics related to health and fitness. Our aim is to give viewers practical ways to be fit, make good nutritional choices, all while leading busy lives. My exercise DVD is called Supermodel Series. It&#8217;s all of my famous moves that I&#8217;ve used over the years to keep my models and celebrities in top sexy shape. It comes with the Hipster &#8212; a band invented to go along with the program. It&#8217;s a lightweight, take-with-you-anywhere band that tones and tightens the butt and legs. I invented it so that clients could take their fitness on the road with them when I wasn&#8217;t able to be there. After realizing that so many people wanted to know the program, I thought it best to create something that they could do at home that&#8217;s just as effective as me being right beside them.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What tips &amp; tricks do you have for getting a bikini-ready body like Klum&#8217;s?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> Variety and intensity. Don&#8217;t be afraid to sprint fast for 30 seconds to a minute, try a kettlebell class or lift some weight that challenges you and creates the metabolic fire to keep you lean. Boring, mindless cardio and super light weights is not the way to go &#8212; so last season. One thing that is the most common with all my most successful bodies is consistency. Even if they&#8217;re consumed with a [busy] schedule, taking just 15 minutes a day to workout makes a world of a difference.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s up next for you?</strong><br />
<strong>AO:</strong> I also am releasing Pregnancy Sculpt. It&#8217;s the same great techniques, but modified for moms during all three of their trimesters. Fans can look forward to a runway body, even if it&#8217;s strutting the aisles of the grocery store!</p>

<p>To get the scoop on life in the glamorous lane, Celebuzz spoke exclusively to <strong>Lindsay Ellingson</strong>, <strong>Erin Heatherton</strong>, <strong>Doutzen Kroes</strong>, <strong>Behati Prinsloo</strong> and <strong>Arlenis Sosa </strong>about their diet habits and how they manage to stay in shape together.</p>

<p>&#8220;Whenever we shoot VSX, we always get to have a good workout together,&#8221; Heatherton, who just so happens to be <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/celebrities/leonardo-dicaprio/" target="_blank"><strong>Leonardo DiCaprio&#8217;s</strong></a> latest squeeze, revealed to <strong>Celebuzz</strong>. &#8220;And Victoria&#8217;s Secret has actually helped us get a workout in at work. It&#8217;s fun and we look good.&#8221;</p>

<p>Keeping in shape, of course, also means watching what you eat &#8212; which isn&#8217;t always easy.</p>
<p>How does Kroes do it? Her trick, she said, is to make sure to eat &#8220;lots of protein, salads &#8211; no chocolates, no candies.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m very lucky, because most of my clients are very healthy in what they eat and aren&#8217;t neurotic about their diets. Stacy is at the top of that list,&#8221; Kaska said in an exclusive interview with<strong> Celebuzz</strong>.</p>

<p>&#8220;She loves eating organic and eating raw, and sometimes she&#8217;ll be a vegetarian during meals or over periods of time,&#8221; she continued. &#8220;But she also loves food and enjoys it. She has that balance of being able to go out for a great dinner while still taking care of her body and treating herself healthy.&#8221;</p>

<strong>Kim Kardashian:</strong> I like to mix up my workouts. Sometimes I go to Barry&#8217;s Bootcamp with friends or by myself. Other times I work out with <strong>Gunnar Peterson</strong> as my trainer, so it just depends on my mood.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> How do you get a safe summer glimmer?<br />
<strong>KK:</strong> I love spray tans and self-bronzers. They keep the sun damage away but still give you a nice glow!</p>

<p>To this day, the 31-year-old beauty continues to stay in tip-top shape, even after giving birth to her two daughters, <strong>Honor</strong>, 4, and <strong>Haven</strong>, 1.</p>
<p><em>Where did the baby weight go?</em></p>

<p>To get her body back into shape after the birth of Honor, Alba turned to her longtime trainer, <strong>Ramona Braganza</strong>, with whom she&#8217;s worked since her days on <em>Dark Angel</em>.</p>
<p>&#8220;My workouts with her evolved over several movies,&#8221; Braganza &#8212; who accompanied the actress to the sets of films like <em>Honey</em>, <em>Fantastic Four</em> and <em>Into the Blue</em> &#8212; told <strong>Celebuzz</strong> in our exclusive interview.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;From my experience working with several amazing A-list actresses, celebs are just like us.&#8221; Braganza said. &#8220;They have to fit in exercise and eat right; there is no magic pill. They can&#8217;t have someone do the work for them.&#8221;</p>
<p>Losing the 60 pounds that Alba had put on during her pregnancy was no easy feat. So, Braganza ramped up Alba&#8217;s normal routine with the 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout plan.</p>
<p>The star trainer reveals the details of the super weight loss regime and how Alba &#8212; who ranked <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/photos/101-hot-bodies-25-1/5-jessica-alba-101-hot-bodies/">#5 on Celebuzz&#8217;s Hot Bodies Countdown</a> &#8212; stays looking so trim, below.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What was it like when you first began working out with a then-unknown Jessica Alba?<br />
<strong>Ramona Braganza:</strong> I can remember the first time I met her. I&#8217;d been hired to teach her gymnastics for the <em>Dark Angel</em> role. She had never been on a balance beam in her life, but she overcame her fear and pushed forward in order to do it for the job. One role had her underwater all day scuba diving, and in the next one she had to learn to dance. Actors are fortunate, as they are constantly thrown out of their comfort zone. This helps them to grow as people and to become fearless &#8212; behavior we should all include in our lives. We should never stop trying new things. That way, we can keep growing and learning as actors do.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What role does fitness play in the actress&#8217; life?<br />
<strong>RB:</strong> Jessica has never loved to exercise; however she appreciates the benefits that exercise provides her. This includes helping to keep her bones strong as she is prone to osteoporosis. Jess discovered this when she was 21 and soon realized the importance of including strength training in her workouts along with calcium supplements.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What does a regular week look like for Alba in terms of her fitness routine?<br />
<strong>RB:</strong> Over the years, Jessica has maintained a fabulous figure through diet and exercise. She knows when she needs to focus at times and will take it up a notch by doing extra cardio &#8212; such as spinning or taking a boot-camp class. Other times, she can coast a little and enjoy workouts like yoga. She includes regular strength training in her weekly workouts and loves to go walking and play with her kids.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> How did you develop a workout plan that worked for Alba?<br />
<strong>RB:</strong> Our workouts have developed in the 321 Training Method, partially through fulfilling her goals for various film roles, and partially through my own experience as a gymnast, NFL cheerleader and fitness competitor. I&#8217;ve taken all that I know and applied it to the workout. The type of body an actress wants, how quickly they have to get back in shape and the equipment that&#8217;s available on location is all taken into consideration as well. If we&#8217;re shooting on location, fitness options can be limited. So, sometimes I use body weight, interval training, the outdoors and creativity to get workouts in.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> Does she maintain a particular diet to keep lean?<br />
<strong>RB:</strong> Jess is a great cook and has been preparing her food since she was 12, which has helped her tremendously as she is able to know what goes into the meals she eats. Moderation is the key in her life. She appreciates splurging but also knows when it&#8217;s time to get to work and eat clean. I have had the pleasure of being around her when she prepares dinner for her family and she loves to entertain and make healthier meals. She eats plenty of vegetables and loves eating various fruits, especially berries.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What areas does Alba tend to focus on the most?<br />
<strong>RB:</strong> During our training, we focused a lot on lower body, back and shoulders. Her back is very defined and her shoulders are rounded. Rhis is a result of consistent lat pull downs and rows. These two back exercises, along with shoulder press and lateral raises, helped to give Jess her hour glass figure and strong arms. We kept the legs part of every workout and included lunges, squats and step-ups to burn calories.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> How can readers get a bikini body like Alba?<br />
<strong>RB:</strong> To get Jessica&#8217;s bikini body, it&#8217;s important to include strength training in the workouts. Doing it the 321 way &#8212; where we use interval strength training and cardio &#8212; keeps burning calories interesting. Try using the calorie counting heart rate monitor in your workout to see where you&#8217;re at. I also took Jess outdoors occasionally to do things like hiking and bike riding in order to change it up. This is very important for long term fitness levels. Make sure you&#8217;re training hard enough push yourself. When exercising, do 20 reps instead of just 15, or go for three sets instead of two, Pushing your limits will give you results.</p>
<p><strong>Alba&#8217;s Post-Baby Work Out:</strong><br />
<em>Shaking up Alba&#8217;s fitness routine post-baby, Braganza adjusted her 321 Training Method to target specific goals over the course of 12 weeks. The fitness guru breaks down the star&#8217;s grueling routine that whipped her back into tip top shape, below.</em></p>
<p><em><strong>Phase I:</strong></em> “For the first 2-4 weeks I focused on her lower back/core – an area that needs to be strengthened after a new mom has just had a baby. Key moves include doing the plank.”</p>
<p><em><strong>Phase II:</strong></em> “Over the next 4 weeks we focused on burning fat and increased the cardio element of the 12-week program. Workouts during this phase involve interval training (alternating between fast and slow running speeds) on the treadmill.”</p>
<p><em><strong>Phase III:</strong></em> “For the last four weeks,  I worked on building muscle and gaining strength. The last phase of the workout focuses on a strength training compound exercise, such as the squat shoulder press.”</p>
<p><em><strong>Tip: Get Competitive With Yourself</strong></em><br />
Braganza helped Alba stay motivated by using tools &#8212; such as a heart rate monitor that counted calories &#8212; to chart her progress. “This way, we could be a little competitive among our selves on a daily basis,” she says.</p>

<p>&#8220;Because I travel so much, I end up doing a lot of my workouts on the road,&#8221; Rossi told <strong>Celebuzz</strong> in an exclusive interview. &#8220;I know it sounds silly, but I&#8217;ll literally get into a hotel room, pick up the bedside lamp and start doing bicep curls. Sometimes you just have to improvise when you don&#8217;t have the time.&#8221;</p>
<p>Revealing her &#8220;get fit&#8221; tips, Rossi &#8212; <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/photos/101-hot-bodies-25-1/25-gretchen-rossi-101-hot-bodies/ " target="_blank">who ranked No. 25 on the Celebuzz 101 Hot Bodies countdown</a> &#8212; gave Celebuzz the scoop on her guilty pleasures, her new secret health habit and which housewives <em>she </em>thinks are the hottest. (Hint: She doesn&#8217;t share an area code with any of them.)</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What was the &#8216;a-ha moment&#8217; in your life that made you want to take health and fitness to the next level?<br />
<strong>Gretchen Rossi:</strong> I grew up playing soccer and softball, and was a cheerleader. So, I&#8217;ve always been extremely athletic. As far as taking my health to the next level, though, it was actually in high school, because I suffered from an eating disorder. When I finally decided I wanted to get healthy and educated about how to stay in shape, I went and got my personal training certificate. I started training other people in college, which really helped me get past my own issues, because I was able to help people in that way. Now, I&#8217;m totally capable of knowing how to take care of myself on my own.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What exercises do you do to stay in shape?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> I work so much that I don&#8217;t get the consistent time to be in the gym any longer. I do have a trainer that I work with, <strong>Ken Rawlins</strong>, and he&#8217;s amazing. I have him meet me at the house because my schedule is that crazy! He brings a bunch of equipment with him and we do everything from free weights and exercises on the bench to work with rubber bands and these things called gliders that I found. We&#8217;ve been using those a lot lately, which has been really fun. Basically, we do a lot of lunges and squats and pushups on a ball.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What&#8217;s on your workout playlist?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> I definitely work out to music; it&#8217;s more motivating. But there are times that you don&#8217;t need it. I go on walks on the mornings that I&#8217;m up early. The dawn is so beautiful that you really don&#8217;t need music. Normally, though, I listen to a playlist of &#8220;ampy,&#8221; get-you-going songs. Lately, it&#8217;s been my own song &#8220;Unbreakable&#8221;; it&#8217;s really a great workout song! I didn&#8217;t even realize what a great workout song it was until I put it on my iPod; it really gets me going. Also, I absolutely love anything by <strong>Britney Spears</strong>, <strong>Lady Gaga</strong> and <strong>Katy Perry</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What&#8217;s your secret for staying fit even when you&#8217;re pressed for time?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> What I&#8217;ve learned with my schedule is that it&#8217;s about trying to kill two birds with one stone. I try to improvise and think of new exercises and ways to stay in shape because if I don&#8217;t, I would never have the time to stay in shape. I love finding the time to go and do yoga and core Pilates; I love changing it up. I&#8217;ve always been really dedicated to making the time to take care of myself.</p>
<p>I love exercising, I&#8217;m active everyday whether I&#8217;m going for a walk, run, hike or bicycle ride. I&#8217;m always at the park running and playing with the dogs. I always try to stay active and moving. I&#8217;m not the kind of girl you&#8217;re going to find sitting and watching TV. Even if I am watching TV, I&#8217;m probably doing my sit-ups at the same time. I&#8217;m not very good at staying still unless I have to sleep.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> Do you diet?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> I think that working out is so important for your heart health and endurance and it feels good to sweat out toxins too. But I truly think that 70 percent of keeping shape is all about what you put in your body to begin with.</p>
<p>Anytime I&#8217;ve ever tried to diet in my life, it&#8217;s been a disaster, so it&#8217;s really about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Now, I do everything in moderation. If I feel like I really want a pasta dinner, I&#8217;ll have my pasta dinner, but I won&#8217;t eat the entire thing. Or, if I want an ice cream sandwich one night, I&#8217;ll make to be more strict with my diet the next couple days. I&#8217;ve realized that when I deprive myself of something that I&#8217;m craving, I&#8217;ll just want it more and more. Then, I&#8217;ll end up binging on something that I didn&#8217;t need to if I would&#8217;ve allowed myself to have little bits and pieces in the first place.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What&#8217;s your guilty pleasure?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> Alcohol will always be on my list. I&#8217;m really more of a social drinker and have a cocktail when I&#8217;m out on the town on a Friday or Saturday night with friends. And, if I feel like having a bite of dessert when I&#8217;m out, I will. I won&#8217;t do much more than that, because that&#8217;s when you end up eating the entire dessert. I don&#8217;t do well with that.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> Do you have any secrets for total body confidence when putting on a bikini?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> First and foremost, get a spray tan; that&#8217;s the number-one top secret. It really helps to disguise cellulite. Also, little things like a really good moisturizer that makes you look shiny and pretty really helps, too.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> Do you have a secret habit that is part of your healthy lifestyle?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> In the last three months, I&#8217;ve really been been upping my vitamin intake &#8212; MSM, Grapeseed Extract, things like that. I&#8217;m also trying this new product called Play Again, for healthy joints, because when I workout a lot they sometimes ache and hurt. I hate to swallow pills, let alone having to take them; but you really start to see your body change, so it&#8217;s worth it.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> Besides yourself, which Bravo housewife do you think is the hottest?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> I would say that <strong>Brandi Glanville</strong> is pretty hot. She&#8217;s got a really fit body and really tall, skinny legs. But so does <strong>Taylor Armstrong</strong>. They both kind of have the same type of structure. Even <strong>Melissa Gorga</strong>! Shoot, I don&#8217;t know. Then there&#8217;s <strong>Joanna Krupa</strong> who has a pretty hot, smoking bod. She&#8217;s coming out on the new season in Miami. She&#8217;s a supermodel, so she would probably win.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What is your greatest health achievement or milestone thus far?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> I would definitely say getting over my eating disorder is one of them. I was bulimic, and it took me a really long time to get over that. To be honest, I don&#8217;t think you ever really get over something like that. I think it&#8217;s always kind of back there haunting you, but I finally learned to be healthy and confident and secure in my own skin. It wasn&#8217;t until five years ago that I finally got to that place and stopped comparing myself to tall, skinny models. I&#8217;m 5&#8217;5&#8243;, and I&#8217;m never going to have long, skinny legs. I&#8217;m more of an athletic build, and I really learned to appreciate my own body and to be thankful that God blessed me with my proportions. My biggest accomplishment was just becoming secure in my own skin.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What inspirational advice do you have for readers in order to jump-start a healthy routine?<br />
<strong>GR:</strong> I think it&#8217;s just about maintaining that healthy lifestyle and eating right. I&#8217;m lucky to have a great trainer who pushes me. So, I&#8217;d say if someone needed extra motivation to get yourself a trainer. Spend the extra money &#8211; you&#8217;re worth it.</p>

<p>&#8220;Have the flattest abs you can possibly have, which for me is definitely a challenge,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p>&#8220;I really, really love yoga, because I love stretching,&#8221; she continued, when asked about her favorite workouts. &#8220;I hate anything that&#8217;s too high-impact and not really fun. I just feel really good when I&#8217;m done with yoga.&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> How did you start working with Aniston?<br />
<strong>Mandy Ingber:</strong> Jennifer and I were friends before she started practicing yoga with me. I was sure that she would not like it, so am very surprised it&#8217;s been seven years now! She&#8217;s an amazing woman and an inspiration. Everyone around her is empowered, which says a lot about her. Her strength is more than just physical. So is her Zen.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: </strong>What is Aniston&#8217;s workout mantra?<br />
<strong>MI:</strong> Creature of Habit. Or, Just do it.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> What areas does she tend to work on the most?<br />
<strong>MI:</strong> We focus on toning the tush by doing squats and standing yoga postures like Chair, Warrior and Half Moon poses. I am also a spinning instructor &#8212; I started teaching in 1996 &#8211;  and that is a fantastic cardio workout which lifts the booty.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz:</strong> How does Aniston get those gorgeous gams?<br />
<strong>MI:</strong> Her legs are slender, yet toned, which comes from engaging all the tinier muscles when we transition from pose to pose. She will do some arm work with weights, and use a band for her legs.</p>

<p><strong>1. Don&#8217;t Be Afraid to Wear a Bikini </strong></p>
<p>&#8220;Half of looking good is confidence. Jen&#8217;s body is beautiful and she exudes confidence. Attitude is everything when it comes to your body.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>2. Start Your Day Right</strong></p>
<p>&#8220;Jen drinks a bottle of water right away when she wakes up. She will make a healthy smoothie with ingredients like flax, blueberries, maca, almond butter, ice, a splash of cranberry and kale. Eat a protein breakfast &#8211; eggs or Greek yogurt are great. Get a work out in after breakfast. When you set the tone for your day, you will feel taken care of and will tend to make healthier choices all day long.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>3. Be Consistent </strong></p>

<p>&#8220;She is so intense, has such drive and commitment,&#8221; McGuire said. &#8220;When she&#8217;s working out 90 minutes, I feel like I&#8217;m working out 90 minutes.&#8221;</p>

Her tip: go small or go home.</p>
<p>&#8220;The smaller the bikini, the better you look &#8230;&#8221; she explained. &#8220;I think when you get a big bikini on a small person, you end up looking heavier.  So, I feel like you, [if] you make it smaller, then you look smaller.&#8221;</p>
<p><span id="more-11709412"></span>Meanwhile, Glanville also confessed her eating habits include everything from healthy meals to, yep, fast food.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;I love to cook, and I also love Del Taco, so I&#8217;m all over the place,&#8221; she confessed. &#8220;I like a little healthy here, a little fast food there.&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What is your favorite part of your body?</strong><br />
<strong>Kendra Wilkinson:</strong> Definitely my legs. I&#8217;ve always had great legs &#8212; it&#8217;s also my husband&#8217;s favorite part. I&#8217;m a softball player, a soccer player &#8212; an athlete &#8212; and the best part of an athlete&#8217;s body are the legs. You&#8217;re always moving; you have those calf muscles, the quads. Whenever I work out, my muscles just pop and they are awesome.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How would you describe your workout routine?</strong><br />
<strong>KW:</strong> I&#8217;m not on a regular routine at all; I just do whatever I want to do at the time. I get bored really easily. I&#8217;m always wanting to try new things. That&#8217;s what keeps me on my feet. I have a friend that I do yoga with. I actually just said to her, &#8220;Let&#8217;s try something new, like rock climbing.&#8221; Right now I&#8217;m also very interested in doing mixed martial arts [MMA] training.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How did you latest fitness interest come about?</strong><br />
<strong>KW:</strong> My husband [Hank Baskett] just opened up his own workout facility, called Performance Gains, and they have top-of-the-line trainers there &#8212; NFL and MMA trainers &#8212; so, I get a chance to workout with top-of-the-line people like that. The facility is dedicated to professional training. It&#8217;s not, &#8220;Oh, I&#8217;ll just sit around and drink some coffee and then I&#8217;ll run on the treadmill for 10 minutes.&#8221; No way. You&#8217;re going there to work. Nowadays, no one wants to just mess around in a gym anymore; You want to get the best workout you can within an hour. That&#8217;s what this facility is meant for. [There's] no messing around. You&#8217;ve got to be in and out &#8212; get that sweat and get out.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What areas do you pay most attention to?</strong><br />
<strong>KW:</strong> My core is the biggest thing I need to focus on, because after having [my son] Hank, I&#8217;ll find that if I go a couple weeks without working out, it gets so weak. Then I&#8217;ll have to stretch again and do yoga before I go back into hardcore training. It&#8217;s the key.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What role does diet play in your life?</strong><br />
<strong>KW:</strong> I don&#8217;t diet. I&#8217;ve trained myself my whole life to eat healthy and to live a healthy lifestyle, so it takes a lifetime of dedication to yourself to really be on a natural diet. I&#8217;m very common-sense smart when it comes to balance &#8212; too much sugar; too little sugar, too much sodium; too little sodium. I&#8217;m very, very smart with that and I pass that down to my son. We&#8217;re not crazy people; we have popsicles, gummies and goldfish like that at the house. But I monitor how much he eats of everything he eats. Once you get the hang of balance &#8212; too much or too less &#8212; you have what it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle. You can eat some chips, but train yourself to just have a handful.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: Do you cook?</strong><br />
<strong>KW:</strong> We&#8217;re big chicken eaters around here. We don&#8217;t eat a lot of red meat. A lot of time, we will get very lean turkey burgers and have those for dinner without the bun. We&#8217;re pretty simple people; we like the good, ole&#8217; regular stuff &#8212; green beans, carrots, broccoli. We don&#8217;t really do that much with anything.  My husband, Hank, cooks a really yummy stir-fry; it&#8217;s so good. We have green, red and yellow peppers in there, and chicken and noodles. We&#8217;re very simple; we don&#8217;t really like to dedicate our lives to food. In our culture today, we&#8217;re too obsessed with food. I&#8217;m not. I grew up being obsessed with wanting to go outside and play and being active. I think it&#8217;s important to eat; but I don&#8217;t think anybody should be obsessed with food. I don&#8217;t get the obsession with food. I eat to have energy; I eat because I need to eat.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How do you stay energized throughout the day?</strong><br />
<strong>KW</strong>: Snacks! They have little travel type snacks at the grocery store nowadays -– bags of nuts, fruit, little cups of fruit. I don&#8217;t really eat big, so I just kind of throw things in my mouth anytime I can. The producer of my show says, &#8220;I can&#8217;t believe how much you snack, but wow, your body.&#8221; &#8230; I&#8217;m just go, go, go. I forget to eat my meals, so I&#8217;d rather snack all day.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: Are there any rich indulgences that you crave?</strong><br />
<strong>KW:</strong> Popcorn or guacamole. Any appetizer food is my weakness. I know that doesn&#8217;t sound bad. My husband teases me all the time. He says, &#8220;You eating bad is most people&#8217;s diet.&#8221; I never even eat the meals when I go to a restaurant; I just stick to the appetizers. Movie-theater food is my weakness &#8212; anything at the movie theaters. Sometimes I just want to go to the movie theater just to get their food and not even go to the movies. I have a specific thing: I get popcorn and I dip it in nacho cheese.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What advice would you give women who are struggling to lose the baby weight right now?</strong><br />
<strong>KW</strong>: There&#8217;s a whole new recipe, a whole new way of life, for your new body. You just have to give it time. You can read about it, and you can look at diets online, but you&#8217;re on your own diet now and it&#8217;s all up to you to figure it out. You have to figure out what works for you and your new life and your new body. My journey took about two years to really start seeing results. At first, after having the baby, I was really stubborn. I was working out every single day, sometimes twice a day, and I still wasn&#8217;t losing a lot of weight because I was being stubborn with my food.  I was like, &#8220;Well, I used to eat this so I can still eat it. I can fight it.&#8221; But I never did. It&#8217;s going to take the person to really figure out that you have a whole new recipe to your new body and that you can&#8217;t be stubborn at all &#8212; not one moment. You cannot look at your body the same as it was before having the baby. You&#8217;ve got to look at it in a completely, completely different way.</p>

<strong>KW:</strong> As hard as it was for me, I&#8217;m so happy now. I think I&#8217;m happier than ever before. It was the best thing that happened to my life, because I&#8217;ve had to work my way up; I had to work my way back. Sometimes you have to look at things in a positive way and tell yourself, &#8220;I&#8217;m going to make this fun.&#8221; A life that&#8217;s too perfect? That&#8217;s boring. Trial and error makes things a little bit more fun. Once you get to your goal weight and your goal body, that&#8217;s what makes your journey so much fun. And you think, &#8220;Wow, I did it.&#8221; You you feel like it&#8217;s more of accomplishment.</p>

<p>&#8220;I hate to use the word &#8216;diet,&#8217; because I truly think that healthy eating is a lifestyle,&#8221; she explained.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s really about eating conscious staying busy and staying fit,&#8221; she continued. &#8220;And I really do love to work out. I think the more you do it, the more you crave it. So I&#8217;m addicted to that sweat. I feel so much better when I work out.&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What makes for a great workout?</strong><br />
<strong>Paris Hilton:</strong> Having fun! I can’t do a workout that is boring or I don’t enjoy doing. It’s all about being active and having fun at the same time. I love Pilates right now, it is fun and such a great workout! Also, it helps out to have an iPod blasting my favorite songs.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s been the key to keeping fit and healthy for you?</strong><br />
<strong>PH:</strong> Being consistent with exercise and eating healthy is the key. I travel a lot and have a crazy schedule, so it can be hard to keep  up with it. I always try to eat in moderation and every few hours, so I  keep healthy snacks around me all of the time while traveling.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s your secret for staying radiant and refreshed even when you&#8217;re crazy busy?</strong><br />
<strong>PH:</strong> I always try to get enough sleep and drink a lot of water and fruit juices. It can be difficult to feel refreshed with business meetings, photo shoots, and late night hours in the studio, but I try to get as much rest as I can.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How do you get glowing yet safe summer skin?</strong><br />
<strong>PH:</strong> Sunscreen of course is a necessity. I’m in the sun a lot &#8211; I love going to the beach, but I always makes sure to have sunglasses, sunscreen and a great hat to keep me safe.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What does being &#8216;fit&#8217; mean to you?</strong><br />
<strong>PH:</strong> Being ‘fit’ really means being healthy and feeling good. It isn’t about being skinny or dieting. I like knowing that I’m strong and able to live a long healthy life. I’m on-the-go so much that I need to be able to keep up and I can only do that by living a healthy lifestyle.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s it like to work with Beckinsale?</strong><br />
<strong>Mandy Ingber:</strong> Kate Beckinsale is a very fun person who maintains a very healthy lifestyle. She likes to practice yoga only. If one of us is not in town, we will Skype. She is actually the one who introduced me to Skype. I love it because there are no excuses!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: Beckinsale is known for her action flick roles; how does her workout support the kind of intense training she has to endure for films like Total Recall?</strong><br />
<strong>MI:</strong> When Kate shot <em>Total Recall</em>, I joined her in Toronto. When I visited the set I saw a fight scene that she did and finally understood why she needed so much yoga! Fun fact: Her daughter, <strong>Lily Sheen</strong>, can do flips and enacted an exact replica of the fight scene between Kate and <strong>Jessica Biel</strong>. It&#8217;s all caught on film by director <strong>Len Wiseman</strong> &#8212; who is also Kate&#8217;s husband &#8212; so it&#8217;s a real family affair.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How did you design a plan that works for her?</strong><br />
<strong>MI:</strong> I tend to mix it up a little, but [I] bring in my basic strong flow series and incorporate some of my Yogalosophy moves to maximize benefits and toning. She is a very strong yoga practitioner and is naturally adept, so I quickly realized we could incorporate a lot of balancing postures to engage the core and the stabilizing muscles. We generally move consistently through yoga postures and toners at 30 reps each, but we tend to hold the balance poses longer.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What are Beckinsale&#8217;s favorite exercises?</strong><br />
<strong>MI:</strong> We incorporate back bends and lots of stretching. Kate is also a big fan of Savasana, which is the final resting pose.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What has been the star&#8217;s biggest fitness challenge so far?</strong><br />
<strong>MI:</strong> The biggest challenge is keeping a straight face while her many small animals run around us with bows in their hair, sliding their doggie butts on the mat. They also tend to gather around when Kate gets into Savasana. She has been relieved that it is her dog licking her hand and not me.</p>

<p><strong>Ingber&#8217;s Top Diet Tips For a Bikini-Ready Body Like Kate&#8217;s:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Eliminate sugar, alcohol, and caffeine from your diet.</strong></p>
<p>These foods are depleting and have no nutritional value.</p>
<p><strong>2. Eat protein at each meal.</strong></p>
<p>Choose healthier snack alternatives: almond butter, coconut milk, pistachio nuts,and blueberries and rice cakes.</p>

<p>Among other things, Overton says her secret to getting bikini-ready is to focus on two things: her abs and &#8212; wait for it &#8212; her butt.</p>

<p>She also revealed what types of songs she has on her fitness playlist.</p>
<p>&#8220;I think my all-time classic fitness playlist includes a little Daft Punk, a little Linkin Park &#8212; classic rock and some fun &#8217;80s songs,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p>The popular singer &#8212; <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/photos/101-hot-bodies-50-26/45-kimberly-cole-101-hot-bikini-bodies/" target="_blank">who ranked no. 45 on our the list</a> &#8212; says her favorite way to work out is simply by dancing.</p>
<p>&#8220;When I&#8217;m dancing and when I&#8217;m training for a show or tour, dancing is a whole-body workout,&#8221; she said. &#8220;So, that&#8217;s actually my favorite way to get my body into shape, by just dancing.&#8221;</p>
<p><span id="more-11656602"></span></p>
<p>&#8220;Being a dancer, I kind of always have to make sure that all of those areas are worked on,&#8221; she added.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Of course, Cole is human just like the rest of us (if you can believe it, anyway). In fact, she admits she even has diet weaknesses of her own.</p>
<p>&#8220;Diet Dr. Pepper is my biggest craving, always,&#8221; she said, adding she&#8217;s also a sucker for frozen yogurt and cereal, as well.</p>

<p>Aside from multiple album releases and a bevy of music awards, it seems as if not much has changed for the <em>American Idol</em> alum. In fact, the 26-year-old from Albemarle &#8212; <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/2012-08-13/audrina-patridge-cheryl-burke-alexis-bellino-celebuzzs-101-hot-bodies-countdown-continues-with-no-75-51/" target="_blank">who ranked No. 75 on the Celebuzz 101 Hot Bodies countdown</a> &#8212; says she enjoys keeping in shape by doing everything from swimming outdoors to kayaking and hiking.</p>
<p><em>What else does Pickler do to keep healthy? And what is her philosophy on dieting?</em></p>

<p>While on tour for her current album, &#8220;100 Proof,&#8221; the country singer-songwriter took some time to share her tips and tricks for keeping fit with <strong>Celebuzz</strong>. Read the full Q&amp;A below:</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: How do you keep in shape?</strong><br />
<strong>Kellie Pickler:</strong> It&#8217;s easier for me to stay fit in the summer than any other time of the year because I&#8217;m such an outdoors person. I love kayaking, hiking and doing yard work. I also love swimming outside. Swimming is so great for toning and so much better for your bones than running on the pavement or lifting weights.</p>

<p><strong>Celebuzz: What do you do to workout when you can&#8217;t get outside?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> I have a pair of ankle weights &#8212; which you can get at Walmart and places like that &#8212; and they are great. You don&#8217;t have to make time for it, because you can have them on while you&#8217;re moving around. I will go to the grocery store with my ankle weights on if I want to in the wintertime when they are easier to cover up; you can put your pants right over them. I&#8217;ve worn them several times during the day while I&#8217;m running errands or cleaning. When I take them off at the end of the day, I think, &#8220;Gosh, I got a good little workout and I didn&#8217;t really do much.&#8221; I also have a treadmill in our TV room, and every once in a blue moon I&#8217;ll put on a movie and walk. I climb at a steady pace &#8212; not too high of an incline &#8212; and I&#8217;ll just walk until the movie stops. It feels good afterwards and I forget that I&#8217;m even working out.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s the best way to start your day?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> If I start out eating healthy in the morning, it really sets the tone for the day. I love orange juice, but grapefruit is probably my favorite thing to eat in the morning; it doesn&#8217;t weigh me down. I also love raw almonds.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What are your main health or fitness priorities?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> As women, I think we are all our biggest critics. When we look in the mirror, we&#8217;re going to see the first thing that&#8217;s wrong with us before we see the good thing. So, my main goal is to just not be so hard on myself. Of course, I also want to eat right. I splurge every now and then but the main idea is to eat healthy. I&#8217;m a vegetarian and that makes a big difference in the way that I feel, the way that I look &#8212; my skin, everything!</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s your general diet philosophy?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> You should eat when you&#8217;re hungry. You don&#8217;t need to eat everything at one time; small portions throughout the day are better for you and don&#8217;t make you feel so heavy and bloated. Also, water is really good for everything &#8212; your skin, eyes and health &#8212; it&#8217;s detoxifying. It really gets all the junk out of your system. I drink a lot of water.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: Do you have any healthy recipes you can share with us?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> I love vegetables. My husband and I will go to the grocery store and buy zucchini, squash, tomatoes, potatoes, onions and peppers for the grill. We put them in aluminum foil and put olive oil all over them with a little bit of sea salt and fresh ground pepper. I also love asparagus &#8211; whenever I&#8217;m home, I love to bake it. It takes just a minute and it&#8217;s easy.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What are some of your look leaner secrets?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> Heels elongate you; we all look better in heels. I love jeans &#8212; I am a big jean girl &#8212; but you&#8217;ve got to find the right jeans that fit your body shape. You can also highlight certain areas like your collarbone and shoulders using a shimmer [product]. Self-tanners also help but sometimes they can be a little too dark for your skin. Try lightening it up by mixing it with a moisturizer. Also, stand up straight, don&#8217;t hunch over.</p>
<p><strong>Celebuzz: What&#8217;s are your summer must-have products?</strong><br />
<strong>KP:</strong> Everyone needs a good sunscreen whether you go out into the sun or not. Some people can go out in the sun for hours and not burn, but that direct contact is not good for your skin. I do love Tone Fruit Peel Body Wash. I have dry skin naturally so it&#8217;s really great because it&#8217;s hydrating, moisturizing and it smells great!</p>
