Katherine Heigl is moving on up.

The former Grey’s Anatomy star and her husband Josh Kelley found a buyer for their posh Los Feliz, Calif., pad, which went on the market last November for a hefty $2.65 million, according to Radar Online.

Since 2007, the luxurious Southern-colonial style home located in the affluent Hollywood neighborhood served as a humble abode for the couple and their little girls, Naleigh and Adelaide.

Inside the spacious 3,690 square foot mansion, the new owner will get to enjoy four bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a master suite with a walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bath.

On the outside, Heigl’s former family-friendly digs features a stunning entrance with white pillars and a vibrant red door, along with a pool, patio and cabana surrounded by orange trees in the backyard.

There’s no place like home, indeed.

She may have starred in One for the Money, but Katherine Heigl isn’t strapped for cash.

The 34-year-old actress and her husband Josh Kelley have moved onto greener pastures and recently listed their four bedroom, four bathrooms Los Feliz home for sale.

Built in 1922, the colonial-styled abode site on 10,000 square feet of prime real estate, and features hardwood floors and crown moulding throughout the house.

But if you thought her lavish home was impressive, wait until you meet the neighbors!

Nearby residents in the star-studded neighborhood include Leonardo DiCaprio, Colin Farrell and former Frasier star David Hyde-Pierce.

Inside, the home measures 3,690 square feet with a chef’s kitchen and master suite complete with a walk-in closet and “spa-style” bathroom.

Heigl and Kelley formerly owned another place in the city that they sold in 2011 for $965,000. In 2007, the mom-of-two also bought a Los Angeles-area home for her mother, Nancy.

Angus T. Jones created a media firestorm on Monday when he openly trashed his CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men in a now-controversial YouTube video.

“If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men,” said Jones in a religious testimonial for Forerunner Chronicles. “I’m on Two and a Half Men, and I don’t want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth.”

Halloween is officially here and Hollywood’s most adorable celebrity kids are pulling out all the stops with their costumes this year.

Escorted by their famous moms and dads, celeb tikes are trick-or-treating in style.

The Voice judge Christina Aguilera took her son Max out for a quick candy run in their Beverly Hills neighborhood. The mother-son duo wore matching skeleton costumes while Max carried his Elmo candy basket.

Meanwhile, Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s daughter Charlotte dressed up as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. Complete in her ruby red slippers, the tiny tot looked anxious to grab as many treats as possible.

Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden were on double parental duty this year. Their two kids were decked out in precious costumes — with Harlow dressed as a princess and Sparrow as a pumpkin.

Katherine Heigl’s daughter Naleigh looked regal as well, stepping out in a princess gown and crown. The toddler couldn’t contain her excitement for the holiday as she strolled down the sidewalk.

On Thursday’s episode of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) is going to hook up with yet another one of the interns at Seattle Grace.

In a clip of the episode, Callie (Sara Ramirez), who once slept with the suave surgeon, tells him, “Stop sleeping with your co-workers. It ruins them.”

What’s in a name? For Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley, they’ve chosen a moniker for their new little girl that means “noble kind.”

The popular celebrity couple adopted a newborn little girl to their family on April 25. Her name is Adalaide Marie Hope, a rep tells People.

She joins 3-year-old Naleigh as part of their happy home.

Although they picked an obscure name, it certainly fits with Hollywood tradition!

Katherine, 33, and Josh, 32, adopted Adalaide domestically from Louisiana; big sister Naleigh was adopted from South Korea in 2009.

Katherine Heigl is a mother again. The Knocked Up actress, who is already the proud parent to adopted daughter Naleigh, 3, has adopted yet another little girl, her rep confirms to Celebuzz. Katherine, 33, and her husband Josh Kelly are said to have chosen a girl from Louisiana, who is just eight-days-old, according to the National Enquirer, who first reported the story.

“The whole adoption process for Katherine and Josh’s second child was like a covert operation,” a source told the publication. “As soon as they got the word the baby was born, Katherine and Josh flew from California to Louisiana to pick up their new daughter. But they didn’t want to let the cat out of the bag too soon about their new little girl.”

The former Grey’s Anatomy star and husband Josh adopted Naleigh from South Korea in 2009.

After the pregnancy, she told the press about why she decided to adopt, admitting:

“My sister Meg is Korean and my parents adopted her three years before I was born. I wanted my own family to resemble the one I came from, so I always knew I wanted to adopt from Korea. We have talked about having biological children as well, but we decided to adopt first.”

Kim was seen in a long, winter white trench as she made her way to co-host LIVE! with Kelly Ripa in New York City.
