The supermodel-turned-reality TV judge bared all — literally — for the May 2012 issue of Allure magazine, in which she opens up about her painful divorce from Seal after seven years of marriage. Now that the dust is starting to settle (the couple confirmed their split in January), does Heidi have any hope of getting back together with Seal?

“I don’t know!” she told Allure (on stands April 24), regarding the rumors that they are reuniting. “Time will tell. I’m still in the eye of the storm now, and its all a little bit crazy. But sometimes you have to be apart in order to figure it out.”

“I had dreams of how I wanted things to be and planned for things,” she added, “And, as we all know today, they don’t always turn out as you dreamt them in your head. Because sometimes life throws you a curveball and then you just figure it out and deal with it, but my dream always was that. To have the perfect family and have lots of children and a beautiful garden and trampolines and swings and things.” 

Heidi, who officially filed for divorce last week, gave a similar quote to ELLE last month, admitting:

I feel like I’m in the eye of the tornado. It’s emotions inside of your body that are a tornado. And then the outside world doing all this craziness — with you wanting it or not wanting it — is another tornado. But as hard as it is, so is life. And sometimes I think a curveball just comes at you. Instead of something straight that you catch, it hits you in the head from the side that you didn’t expect.

With the divorce questions out of the way, Heidi — who admits she doesn’t regret anything that has happened in her life — also fielded questions about whether or not she’s had any plastic surgery. The short answer: No way!

“I’m proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven’t done anything,” she said. “Everyone has a view of what’s not pretty and [surgery] just doesn’t look pretty to me. Especially when I see it on really young girls. I don’t want to name names but its like, Wow, I remember you five years ago, looking to me so beautiful, and now its like…who is this person?”

Heidi and Seal are continuing with their divorce proceedings; just last week, as a common formality, Seal filed his own set of divorce papers, also citing “irreconcilable differences.” They have four children: Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

Australian singer Delta Goodrem – best known in the U.S. for her relationship with Nick Jonas – showed a bit of affection towards Heidi Klum‘s ex Seal at this weekend’s Logie Awards in Melbourne, Australia. 

However, the “Kiss From a Rose” singer’s rep tells Celebuzz that it’s not what it looks like. “They are both judges on the Australian version of The Voice, just co-judges, friends,” his rep explains.

Both Seal, 49 and Delta, 27, are off breakups. After 10 months of dating Nick, Delta and Jonas Brother, 19, split in February, releasing a joint statement that read: “Nick and Delta have decided mutually to end their relationship. At this point in time, they are both focused on their careers as they go on different paths. They remain friends and wish each other the best for the future.”

Seal got up close and personal with another leggy blonde at the Logie Awards this Sunday night. The 49-year-old “Kiss from a Rose” singer was spotted hitting the red carpet with none other than Australian singer and Nick Jonas‘ ex-girlfriend, Delta Goodrem. Dressed in white, Seal and Delta, 27, shared a kiss in front of cameras before making their way inside the theater.

In January 2012, Seal shocked the world when he announced that he and his wife of seven years, supermodel Heidi Klum, have parted ways. Klum recently filed for an official divorce on April 6 and Seal submitted his own set of papers five days later.

Like Seal, Goodrem also broke things off with her partner this year. In February, her rep issued a formal statement about her breakup with Jonas.

“Nick and Delta have decided mutually to end their relationship,” it read. “At this point in time, they are both focused on their careers as they go on different paths. They remain friends and wish each other the best for the future.”

Seal and Delta met during the filming of the Australian version of The Voice, where the two famous crooners acted as mentors in the competition.

Seal has now filed a response set of papers on Tuesday, April 10, to Heidi’s original filing, according to documents obtained by TMZ. ”Seal is also asking for joint physical custody of their four kids — Heidi wants primary physical custody, with Seal getting visitation.”

The “Kiss From a Rose” singer, 49,  does not want the judge to grant spousal support to Heidi and she wants to deny spousal support to Seal as well. The 38-year-old Project Runway beauty herself is worth an estimated $70 million.

According to PEOPLE magazine “this is merely a legal technicality and no custody fight is expected. As with Klum’s petition, Seal’s papers cite the standard ‘irreconcilable differences’ for the end of the nearly seven-year marriage.”

The couple announced their split earlier this year after marrying in Mexico in 2005.

The 38-year-old Project Runway star cited “irreconcilable differences,” according to the papers first obtained by TMZ. It’s also emerged the couple of eight years had signed a post-nup — meaning they made an agreement after they got married, in 2005, to separate their assets.

So what’s the deal when it comes to their four children together – Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2?

Heidi wants joint legal custody of their four kids, but she is asking for primary physical custody while Seal, 49, would get visitation rights.

The supermodel is also asking rocker Seal to pay for his own lawyer fees and wants the judge to “reject any claim for spousal support by either her or Seal.”

“When you publicize your marriage as much as our marriage was publicized, when you renew wedding vows, when you do all those things … you’re giving people a picture of an ideal relationship that people aspire to,” he said on the Fifi and Jules radio show in Australia (via People). 

“When it goes south, you can’t all of a sudden take the philosophy of a monk and decide to go for a vow of silence. It doesn’t really work like that,” he said. “I respect my wife’s decision not to talk about that, but I felt that people at least deserved some kind of explanation why the picture of the ideal wasn’t what they thought it was.”

Some have criticized him for speaking out — but he says his media appearances right after the split was announced were a matter of bad timing. 

“It’s not like this happened and I decided the next week to go on the show,” he added. He appeared on both The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Piers Morgan Tonight following the news.

Ultimately, he says his first priority is his family. “I’ve tried my very best to protect the general welfare of my family, my wife included.”

“We tried to explain, as best we could, what is going on,” Seal told Billy Bush. “Just explaining to them that things will be different, you know, without going into too much detail. [That] things will be different… but a lot of things won’t change.”

Continued Seal:

“And the main thing is to make sure that they feel that they’re loved, make sure that they understand that their parents love each other, make sure that they understand if there are any changes, it is absolutely nothing to do with them. And it won’t change the amount of time – and – in actual fact, it may even improve the amount of time that we spend with them – quality time – because it’s not the amount of time, as you know being a family man yourself, it’s the quality of that time.”

“We’re not getting divorced. We’re not even legally separated. We are separated. The reality of the situation is we have grown apart,” said Seal. “Is there a chance of us getting back together? Honestly, Billy, I don’t know. I don’t know the answer to that.”

He told the afternoon talk show host (in a segment that will air on Tuesday, same day as his album Soul 2 drops), “You go into these things with the greatest intentions when you say ‘I do’ and you say ’till death do us part’ — those vows hold value. … They are not just words. These things happen.” 

The “Kiss From a Rose” singer didn’t shy away from the subject, explaining,

“You try and you work through it and the thing that you quickly realize when you are married, and you become a parent, you do the best that you can.”

Despite his breakup from the 38-year-old supermodel, Seal, 48, said of his wife, “She’s still, in my opinion, the most wonderful woman in the world.” Ellen also didn’t let him get away without speaking on why he was still wearing his wedding ring. Seal said in his defense: 

“Just because we have decided to separate doesn’t necessarily mean you take off your ring and you’re no longer connected to that person. … We will be connected in many ways until the rest of our lives … though our children and also through this tremendous admiration, respect and love that we have for each other.”

He also admitted that he doesn’t know if he’ll ever take it off, and has “no intentions of taking it off anytime soon.”

TMZ broke the news of the couple’s split on Saturday. Heidi and Seal have three kids: Leni, 7½, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

Late last night, the couple announced that they are separating amid a myriad of Internet rumors, telling PEOPLE in a statement that they have “grown apart.”

“This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children’s sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy,” they added.

What does this mean for the couple – could this lead to a custody battle?
If the couple is unable to come to agreements in regards to time shares, custodies, Christmases, and other holidays it could lead to a custody battle.

Both celebs make a lot of money, would could the mean for their financial forecast?
The fact that both celebrities make a lot of money would probably foreclose the need for any spousal support. If they purchased property together, which they probably did, it could lead to a financial battle. I would have a hard time imagining that Heidi Klum … would not have financial advisors, managers, and agents that would advise her to prepare to have a financial arrangement through a prenuptial agreement.

What are the next steps now that they have confirmed they are splitting?
The living arrangements, the disposition of the household goods, and how they are going to share the children in the intern until there is a court order.

What is your legal advice to this couple?
The legal advice that I would give to this couple is: Don’t do it. You both are at the top of your game and staying together would be good for the children and the children’s upbringing.

On Saturday, TMZ learned that Heidi Klum is seeking a divorce from Seal. According to their sources, the supermodel is ready to file divorce papers at the LA County Superior Court as early as next week. Later that weekend, the powerhouse couple released a joint statement to People confirming divorce rumors, saying:

“While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate.”

They added:

We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children’s sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy.”

The pair have been married since 2005 and have 3 children together: Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2. Klum, who also hosts the popular series Project Runway, also has a daughter named Leni, 7, from a previous relationship.

The legendary supermodel strutted her stuff around Aspen, CO, with her family, enjoying a traditional white Christmas this year. Today, Heidi, her hubby Seal and kids Helene, Henry, Johan and Lou were spotted having family fun at the Buttermilk Resort. 

Heidi Tweeted a pic smiling with her hubby, simply saying:

“Sun and Snow and Seal.”

While we love seeing Heidi serving Arctic realness in snow gear, we’re an even bigger fan of her Christmas attire — as “Mrs. Claus”– joining the ranks of our celebrities in sexy holiday costumes!

The couple arrived at the soiree, dressed as the primates and looked extremely realistic. The couple were seen trying to kiss through their outfits and packed on the PDA as they walked the red carpet.

Heidi always manages to outdo herself for her annual Halloween party. This year, she threw two bashes.

The first was in Las Vegas, where the 38-year-old model dressed up as a dead body. She eventually “came to life,” stepping off her table and posing for photos before heading into her party held at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Well, with Halloween right around the corner, the supermodel got fitted for two elaborate costumes. In one photo, the Project Runway host wore a hand-painted body suit that looks like the inside of a body, with all the bones, organs and veins. She dished to People about the spooky costume, admitting:

“It’s kind of like a dead body with the first layer of skin ripped off. It’s basically like me naked. All my veins and blood will all be visible… You don’t feel quite naked with it because it is so colorful.”

The couple kicked off another day on the beaches of Sardinia on Tuesday morning, this time in more modest bathing suits. If, that is, you consider a teeny bikini and a tight red Speedo to be modest.

Heidi and Seal are known for their unique open door policy at home, stating that they aren’t worried about their kids seeing them in the nude. Heidi has stated that she grew up taking camping trips with her parents to nude beaches in Italy, and seems to want to keep the tradition alive.

Heidi decided to hit the surf topless on Sunday, choosing to wear only her bikini bottoms. The Project Runway host is perfectly fine with baring it all, and when you look that good as a 38–year-old mother of four, who can blame her?

From the looks of Heidi and Seal’s hot bodies, one would think that these two would have no problem keeping their romance alive. However, the supermodel admitted to Glamour Magazine earlier this summer that she still has a few tricks up her sleeve.

“There’s nothing wrong with a nice garter belt. I’m not saying you have to put up a pole in your bedroom and start swinging off the rafters. But I love that sometimes!”

Seal took his children Leni Samuel, Henry Samuel, Johan Samuel and Lou Samuel, out for a day of fun in the city park. The family formed their own mini-celebrity baseball team as they played catch batted a baseball around.

We usually see his wife Heidi Klum out and about with the little ones, so it’s nice to see him on daddy duty! Although they share a family together, they apparently don’t share the same taste in TV — she says he’s never seen her show, Project Runway. She told WWD:

“You know, my husband has never see an episode, what about that for a fun fact? He’s come to the set, but he hasn’t watched an episode.”

At least he’s watching the kids, Heidi! We know we’ll be tuning in to the new season, that’s for sure.
