It’s an Adam Scott kind of world.

For people who don’t watch any golf — but spend plenty of time burning through TV shows — like myself, the 2013 Masters was especially a confusing time as the name Adam Scott quickly became a trending topic.

As the world gushed about the Australian golfer who took home the tournament title, yours truly here could only think about the actor of the same name who stars on NBC’s Parks and Recreation trying to swing a 9 iron around the course. (To be fair, the man behind the always a-dork-able Ben Wyatt could also be a good golfer.)

After sorting out the confusion, it’s clear that there are two incredibly good-looking celebrities named Adam Scott and both — sadly — are taken.

Following the Masters, golfer Scott, 32, revealed that he was in a relationship with a lucky woman named Marie, quashing rumors that he was in talks to star on the next season of The Bachelor.

Meanwhile, actor Scott, 40, has been off the market since 2005 after he marrying Naomi Sablan.

Though it’s undeniable that both these men aren’t looking for a special lady anytime soon, we can always debate on who’s the true winner of our hearts.

Is it the man from Adelaide who’s now one of the top 5 golf players in the world? Or is the guy who made pink bow ties cool in Starz’s cult hit, Party Down?

Women and gay men aren’t the only ones swooning over 21 Jump Street hottie Channing Tatum. Parks & Recreation funnyman Adam Scott admitted to Details magazine that he too sees what all the fuss is about. When asked about the fun times on set of his NBC comedy, the actor quipped back:

 ”You don’t have fun at work? You work for Details. You sit around and talk about hot dudes like Channing Tatum. That guy looks like he was sculpted out of ivory.”

We now know (and love) Adam Scott as Ben Wyatt on NBC’s Parks and Recreation, but before he became an adorable leading man, he had quite the unglamorous gig at Johnny Rockets. In the latest issue of Details magazine, he opened up about his (very) short-lived stint at the 1950s themed diner.

So, exactly how long did the Friends With Kids star last?

One day! Adam said:

“I resigned in disgrace from Johnny Rockets after one day. The guy was like, ‘All right, so here’s where the fries are,’ and then this fifties song came on the jukebox and he’s like, ‘Oh, excuse me for a second,’ and ran over to the waiters and busboys and they started singing and doing a little dance. And then he runs back and he’s like, ‘Sorry— every time this song comes on, we all get together and sing!’ And I was like, ‘If you’ll excuse me for a second . . .’ and I left. I was in uniform— a paper hat, the whole thing. Never picked that paycheck up.”

Parks and Recreation star Adam Scott (or was it Hilary Duff?) is interviewed right before his appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he does a hilarious impersonation of the former Lizzie McGuire star. The actor doesn’t necessarily go above and beyond for his Duff impersonation, instead just answering questions as he believes the pregnant singer/actress would. 

The Step Brothers star responds to each question with a hilarious puzzling look. When questioned how he (or rather she,) would define being a woman, the actor responds:

“I think that an essential part of being a woman in modern American society is first being a child star. If you don’t go through that step then you may as well cash in your chips. Your not a real woman. I’m Hilary Duff.”

Hilarious impersonations aside, the actor is currently keeping busy with Parks and Recreation and according to IMDB, he has four projects lined up for 2012.

One of our favorite Parks and Recreation star, Adam Scott, stepped out on the red carpet at the 2011 Emmy Awards on Sunday and was looking just as handsome as ever.

The hit NBC show, which premieres on Thursday on NBC, is nominated for best comedy series, and while many think Modern Family will nab the trophy, we wouldn’t mind an upset!

Let’s take a closer look at the competition:First in line is Mr. Adam Brody. Known for dating other hollywood hottie Rachel Bilson, this California dream stole hearts all over with his hit role in The O.C. and in various other acting gigs. 

Secondly, is Adam Lambert, who stunned the country with his edgy boldness on the eighth season of American Idol, and released his first album in 2009.

Next, we have Adam Scott. The charming actor is  known for many roles including the hit comedy film Step Brothers, and TV series Parks and Recreation. 

And last but certainly not least, Adam Levine, lead vocalist for Maroon 5, who captures attention everywhere he goes with amazing voice and undeniable good looks.

Two dreamy co-stars, one (sure-to-be) hilarious movie!

Adam Scott and James Marsden were spotted outside Scores gentlemen’s club on Friday while set of their latest film Bachelorette (not to be confused with the hit ABC reality show). Both looked slick, sporting ties and jackets.

With two such hunktastic actors, this begs the question — which one is hotter?!

According to IMDB, Bachelorette is scheduled to hit the big screen sometime in 2012, and is about:

This week there is a little something for everyone at the cinema! Three different films from three very different genres are coming out today so there is sure to be at least something that strikes your interest!

First in line we have the comedy Our Idiot Brother with an all-star cast of Paul Rudd,  Zooey Deschanel, and Elizabeth Banks. This feature tells the story of a self centered man who intrudes in on the lives of his three sisters. With this cast, we know there will be lots of laughs involved!

Second, we have something for all you thrill seekers – Colombiana. 

Zoe Saldana plays the leading roll in this action packed feature about a young woman turned assassin after watching the murder of her parents as a child. Butt-kicking and gorgeous?! Not fair.

Last but not least, we have the horror flick, Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, starring Katie Holmes. When a young girl goes to live with her father (Guy Pierce) and his new girlfriend (Holmes), she discovers that the home is also shared with a few unwanted creatures that plan on staying.

We all know and love Paul Rudd as his clean shaven and overall adorable self, but he’s gone through quite the transformation for his latest film, Our Idiot Brother.

Paul plays Ned, a hippie (with the long scraggly hair and beard to prove it) who, while harmless, always manages to find himself in a heap of trouble. He turns to his sisters, played by Zooey Deschanel, Elizabeth Banks, and Emily Mortimer, who relecutantly take him in after he gets out of jail.

The film, which also features Celebuzz‘s latest crush Adam Scott, hits theaters on August 26.

Sexy star Megan Fox is giving fans a sneak peek of her new film, Friends with Kids, on her Facebook page.

The Transformers actress posted behind-the-scenes photos from the set of the new flick, which co-stars Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig and Parks and Recreations‘ Adam Scott. The film is written and directed by Jon’s longtime girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt, who is probably best known for her smart romantic comedy Kissing Jessica Stein.

Megan Fox and Jon Hamm, together on the big screen? Prepare for an epidemic of sexy to break out in movie theaters nationwide.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former Transformers vixen and the Mad Men stud have signed on to co-star in the upcoming comedy Friends With Kids. The movie, which is scheduled for an April 2012 release, will focus on a pair of 30-something friends (Party Down‘s Adam Scott and 24‘s  Jennifer Westfeldt, who also wrote the script) who decide to have a child together before dating other people in order to circumvent the pressures that parenthood can put on relationships.

Alas, moviegoers apparently won’t be treated to a Fox/Hamm hookup during the cinematic offering; Fox will play a woman who begins to date Scott’s character, while Hamm will portray the boyfriend of fellow cast member Kristen Wiig (Saturday Night Live.) On the plus side, it seems as though Fox might be ideally suited for the role, as she knows all about dating a guy with a child from a previous relationship.

What do you do when you are a gorgeous, talented and successful actress who has scores of men interested in dating you?

Well, if you are Kate Hudson, you just date three of the most eligible bachelors at the same time. Hudson is rumored to be juggling three beaus after she broke up with Yankee Alex Rodriguez. If that doesn’t sound like the premise for one Kate’s rom-coms, then we don’t know what is.

Hudson is reportedly dating photographer Darren Ankenman (whom she met on the set of Bride Wars), an unnamed stockbroker and golfer Adam Scott. Yep, life must be tough for poor Kate, entertaining various good-looking men.

However, ex-husband Chris Robinson is rumored to be not so pleased that his former wife and mother of his child is so successful on the dating scene.

Apparently Robinson thinks it will be bad for their child. Because having Kate sit at home alone and miserable is the only option that would be beneficial to a child!

We’re glad that there is finally a female playgirl on the Hollywood scene who doesn’t have a sleazy reputation (cough, cough Lindsay Lohan). The boys can’t have all the fun!

Can anyone keep track of Kate Hudson‘s love life? You would need an Excel spreadsheet, copious amounts of coffee, and a who’s who list of celebrity males. And possibly an abacus.

The Bride Wars star appears to have permanently crossed “actors” off the occupations list of the men she’ll date and is focusing solely on “athletes.”

Kate, in a tiny string bikini, splashed about in the Hawaiian surf with Scott, 28, and then splayed out with him on the sand.

Just yesterday, it was reported that Kate, 29, was out LAST week (and risking the wrath of Madonna) with New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez. Hudson and A-Rod were supposedly “cozy” at Lure and the Rose Bar in New York City.

What a difference a change in surroundings makes—from chilly NYC to the beaches of Hawaii. Golf is the new baseball, and Scott has been on the PGA tour for almost ten years.  He’s considered by many to have potential to become the best golfer ever to emerge from the land of the Hobbits.

Aside from his mastery of the game, Adam’s considered to be devastatingly handsome, Burberry stylish and equipped with a really cute accent.  Plus, Scott doesn’t come with the is-he-still-with-the megaglobal-superstar baggage.

Kate’s last relationship of any longevity was with multiple Tour De France-winning cyclist Lance Armstrong. She’s qualifying as a sports fanatic at this point.
