When he wasn’t lifting Al over his head, Ryan talked about his main nude scene in Crazy, Stupid, Love. with The Office funnyman Steve Carrell, calling it a “buzz kill.” He added, “I don’t know how to explain myself.”

Emma also snagged some laughs on TODAY, doing a great impression and talking about convincing her parents to move to Los Angeles through a Power Point presentation. “There was a lot of alliteration,” she joked.

]]> W-O-W. This is one of the most amazing things we’ve seen in a long, long time.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt appeared on last night’s Insider and engaged in some heavy-duty name calling with hosts Star Jones (who he called “big mouth”) and Lara Spencer (the “queen”).

Among topics of discussion were Spencer’s recent Twitter attacks on Al Roker and just why Speidi acts the way they do!

The whole feud began on Monday’s edition of the Today show, when Roker grilled Montag and Pratt about their performance on I’m a Celebrity…Get me Out of Here.

“There are those who say that you two are everything that’s wrong with celebrity these days,” Roker opined, before asking Montag, “Heidi, are you proud of all this? Of the way you guys behaved on the program?”

Montag went on to claim during an interview later in the day that getting the  third degree from Roker had made her cry. And this morning, E! Online reports, the drama spilled over into a second day on Today, when Roker attempted to clear the air on the brouhaha.

Former View co-hotess Meredith Viera read a transcript to Roker in which Pratt blustered, “[Roker's] lucky I was saved by Jesus, because a couple of weeks ago I probably would have ripped his head off for talking to my wife like that.’ “

After which she asked the nationally beloved weatherman, “Are you proud?”

To which Roker shot back, “”Yes, I am. I believe I asked what a lot of people wanted to know and, if [Pratt] had tried to come across [and attack him], I would have dumped him like a bag of dirt.”

Whoa; that certainly sounds like a challenge to us. Dare we hope for a Round Two in this whole fiasco? This time with fisticuffs?

Hills villain Montag and her hubby Spencer Pratt appeared on Today on Monday morning to talk about their aborted stint on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

Unfortunately, Montag was forced to endure the slings and arrows of their cruel interviewer, Al Roker.

Throughout the interview, Roker called the couple’s sincerity and character into question, asking whether Spencer’s baptism by I’m a Celebrity co-star Stephen Baldwin was “a ploy” and noting, “There are those who say that you two are everything that’s wrong with celebrity these days.”

When Pratt conceded that he willfully chose the villain role on I’m a Celebrity, Roker replied, “You say ‘villain,’ other people say ‘jerk.’”

And then Roker turned his venomous tongue on Montag, asking, “Heidi, are you proud of all this? Of the way you guys behaved on the program?” Check out the video below:

Apparently, this grueling exercise in journalistic inquiry was all too much for Montag, who groused on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show about the ordeal.

“I was shocked at how rude he was—I was crying afterwards because I couldn’t believe I felt personally attacked,” said Montag. “I wanted to say to him, do you feel proud of how you’re talking to me right now? I’m just a young woman and you’re coming at me so aggressively and meanly and mean-spirited.”

Added Montag, “I really would advise women especially to be careful around him because I feel like he definitely came and attacked me and I did not appreciate that at all.”

Wow. Strong words, there.
