Heidi Klum’s bodyguard-turned-boyfriend Martin Kirsten is so enamored with the German beauty that he’s already taking the next big step in their relationship — and buying her a ring.

But it’s not that kind of ring.

The couple, who’ve been dating for the last nine months as she split from ex hubby Seal, were spotted in Los Angeles April 21 watching her kids’ soccer game — and wearing some new matching gold finger accessories on their right hands.

Turns out, it’s a special gift from her beau, according to Life & Style.

Well, the America’s Got Talent judge is head over heels for the new man in her life.

“Yes, I’m in love,” the mother-of-four told Germany’s Bunte magazine (via People).

And Kirsten also gets her kids’ seal of approval.

“They like him very much,” she told the mag. “This is also one reason why I’m so fond of him. He’s been helping me for four years now. And he takes wonderful care of the kids. He plays with them, he protects them. I trust him.”

On Wednesday, Heidi Klum heated up the red carpet in style as she celebrated the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent at a premiere event in Hollywood.

The German beauty joined fellow AGT newbie Melanie Brown and returning judges Howie Mandel and Howard Stern for the event, along with host Nick Cannon.

Klum, who was officially added to the show in March, showed off her gorgeous gams in a form-fitting one-shoulder red dress and studded black heels.

“Girl Power with @officialmelb on @nbcagt in Los Angeles #AGT,” Klum wrote on Twitter, along with a backstage photo of the pair showing off their sculpted arms.

In February, NBC announced that Brown was replacing Sharon Osbourne, who served as the show’s third judge for six seasons.

America’s Got Talent season 8 premieres June 4 on NBC.

After hosting and judging 11 seasons worth of Project Runway, you’d think that Heidi Klum wouldn’t lose sleep over her new gig on America’s Got Talent.

Still, the supermodel admits to feeling a little overwhelmed as the new season of the hit NBC reality-competition series approaches.

“It is overwhelming,” Klum — who will join Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and Spice Girl Melanie Brown when AGT premieres this summer — told Celebuzzat the LA launch of her new active wear collection for New Balance on Thursday. “But it is so much fun at the same time!”

“I never know who’s going to show up next. [Every day] I’m looking at 35 different acts, from singing [to] juggling … Everyone is so different and unique.”

Klum joins Talent following Sharon Osbourne’s high-profile exit last year.

Meanwhile, the busy mother-of-four is adding even more to her plate with a new fitness line.

“I really think about every piece and how it will look on a women’s body,” she said of her collection. “As a woman, you always want to look good and you want your clothes to perform with you.”

TMZ is reporting that Heidi Klum has just been hired as the reality TV show’s fourth and final judge for Season 8, which begins filming on Monday.

Klum flew to New Orleans on Sunday to join the rest of the judges — Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and fellow new hire, Spice Girls member Melanie Brown AKA Mel B. – for the first round of auditions, NBC sources told the site. While the site says Klum signed on to the show in “last minute” agreement, a photo it acquired from the set already has the Project Runway host’s name emblazoned above her seat. NBC must have felt confident the deal would go through. Klum’s participation marks the first time AGT has had a four-person panel.

Klum’s newest job comes some six months after Sharon Osbourne announced her exit from the series. Osbourne, who was a judge for six seasons, was replaced by Brown in February.

NBC reps didn’t immediately respond to Celebuzz‘s request for confirmation on Klum.

The German beauty’s TV resume has been lengthy since the launch of Project Runway nearly 10 years ago.

The show kicked off its 11th season on Lifetime in January, with designer Zac Posen replacing Michael Kors as one of the judges.

Klum, 39, has also been the face of Germany’s Next Top Model since 2006.

They’ve got Talent, yes they do.

With Season 8 right around the corner, America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon spoke out about his dream team for the judges’ panel.

“[Barbra] Streisand, Cher, call us. We’re ready!” Cannon told Celebuzz at the Cartoon Network’s Hall of Game Awards in Santa Monica, Calif.

When it comes to revamping NBC’s judging lineup on the reality competition, Cannon would love to “put some ladies in the mix” following Sharon Osbourne‘s controversial departure.

“That would be amazing. That’s what I’d aim for,” he said about the idea of bringing Streisand and Cher on board. “I think [the producers] should reach that far and get those people, absolutely.”

As for the male mentors, Cannon expressed his love for Howie Mandel and Howard Stern, who signed on for another season in December.

“I got the best judge in the game, Howard Stern. He and I can hold it down,” he said, adding, “I would love to see Howie [Mandel] back. I want Howie to come back. Howie’s hilarious and awesome on the show.”

In 2012, AGT was the No. 1 summer series on broadcast television, averaging between 10 and 12 million viewers for each of its three nights on air. With auditions underway, the reality show begins its first taping on March 4 in New Orleans.

NBC’s America’s Got Talent has had a tumultuous time keeping its own talent. Sharon Osbourne made a very public declaration in August that she wouldn’t be returning. But, news that Howard Stern had re-upped for another season broke last week.

But what about judge Howie Mandel? “I don’t know,” he admits to Celebuzz.

“They haven’t told me yet,” he continued. “They do the same thing every year. In January, they call me and let me know. I would love to come back.”

Mandel is still very thrilled by the job, but there’s one thing he doesn’t love about the gig: running down the aisle while being touched by the adoring audience.

The married father of three suffers from a host of maladies, which he chronicled in his book, Here’s the Deal: Don’t Touch Me. They include adult ADHD, OCD and a severe case of germaphobia.

He jokingly admits that he’s not that far from being naked in a hotel room peeing in a bottle ala Howard Hughes. The way he combats his numerous fears and neuroses is through medication and a lot of therapy.

“I’ve made a couple of therapists very rich over the years,” he says ruefully.

And as for those sprints down the aisle, “My therapist says that it’s good cognitive therapy for me.”

During the hiatus from AGT, Mandel is working on a new holiday game show, NBC’s Take It All, which debuted on Monday after The Voice. He describes it as The Price Is Right meets Deal or No Deal meets Jerry Springer.

The limited run show, which amps up the concept of Secret Santa with thousands of dollars of prizes climaxes with two contestants pitted against each other. They can either split everything, lose everything or have one person walk off with all the cash and prizes.

The 57-year-old comedian says that there has been copious amounts of wailing and gnashing of the teeth. “People are screaming and crying and fainting,” he gleefully told us.

The Canadian comedian says that after Deal or No Deal, he received offers to host several other game shows, but he declined. “I don’t want to ask trivia questions,” he explained.

The comic, who first became famous more than twenty years ago on the NBC medical drama, St. Elsewhere, also has Mobbed on FOX, which applies a hidden-camera spin onto the flash mob concept.

“I’m a comedian and I like to observe human behavior,” he said of his projects. “And also I’m like a viewer at home watching the show.”

Take It All airs all this week at 9PM with its finale next Monday at 10PM on NBC.

Howard Stern is headed back to judge Season 8 of NBC’s mega-hit,  America’s Got Talent.

“Howard Stern’s towering presence and opinions on last season’s show as a new judge made a dramatic impact and added a sharper edge to the fascinating developments on stage,” said Paul Telegedy, NBC’s President of alternative programming, of the radio host’s return.

“We know that Howard believes in America’s Got Talent — which remains America’s top-rated summer series — and that dedication comes across in a genuine way to our viewers who share his passion about our amazing talent competition,” he continued.

Stern joined AGT last season and commanded a reported salary of $15 million. The show also moved production from Los Angeles to New Jersey in order to accommodate his radio job. It was unsure whether or not he would be back for round two as the shock jock had been reprimanded by the network for calling fellow NBC employee, Jay Leno, a “spineless maggot” in the wake of Tonight Show layoffs.

One person who definitely won’t be back at the judges table next summer? Sharon Osbourne. She announced in July that she would not be returning to the program – because she felt NBC discriminated against her son on the NBC reality program, Stars earn Stripes.

Auditions for the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent will continue next week in Birmingham, Ala. on Dec. 10 and then travel down the east coast for the rest of the year. Audition information is available at www.AGTauditions.com.

The reality series was the No. 1 summer series on broadcast television in 2012 in both the ad-coveted 18-49 demographic and total viewers. It averaged between 10 and 12 million viewers for each of its three nights on air. This was the seventh year the show took the title.

Howard Stern has maintained an uncharacteristically low profile as the face of gentility on this season’s America’s Got Talent.

But, as the end of this summer TV season draws near, the longtime provocative radio host — who calls himself the King of All Media — is pressing some familiar buttons.

NBC, which broadcasts AGT – Stern is in his first season on the show — has slapped the hands of the shock jock, for personally attacking one of NBC’s biggest stars, Jay Leno, who has hosted The Tonight Show for almost 20 years.

What did Howard say about Jay?

Stern called Leno a “spineless maggot” on his satellite radio show recently — after layoffs rattled through the Tonight Show staff this month.

“I got a threatening kind of comment from one of the executives,” Stern said on his radio show last week. “I said, ‘Do not tell me to not talk about Jay Leno. I will f—ing talk about Jay Leno for four hours if you tell me not to.’ I was done with Jay. Now I’m all fired up again. F— Jay!”

Leno and Stern have a long history of acrimony.

Stern has criticized Leno on his talk show for years — alleging numerous times that Leno steals ideas and staff from Stern’s show.

The most well-known defection was Stern Show favorite “Stuttering” John Melendez, who was hired as the Tonight Show announcer. He held that job for five years — before eventually being cut back to writing for Leno’s show.

Although Stern — who was fined more than $1 million by the Federal Communications Commissions earlier in his career for obscenity violations — is well known for R-rated humor, he has been surprisingly toned-down in this season of AGT.

Sharon Obsourne has been creating ripples with NBC for weeks over whether she will be returning to America’s Got Talent. But, the rock star wife is now waging war against the network as the plot thickens.

After claiming that money wasn’t a factor in her exit from the show and that NBC hadn’t invited her back, Osbourne now says she’s quitting the talent competition over the mishandling of her son, Jack Osbourne, by NBC’s new reality series Stars Earn Stripes.

“It’s time to move on,” the 59-year-old tells the New York Post.

She says that producers on the upcoming Stars Earn Stripes reality competition series discriminated against her son Jack, 26, who was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, when it decided not to include him on the show that will challenge eight celebrities with executing complicated missions inspired by real military exercises.

“I just can’t be fake,” she says. “It’s discrimination, and it was badly handled.”

Jack had appeared on Osbourne’s CBS show, The Talk, in June saying he was fired from the series. But, producers said at last month’s TCA Press Tour that he was never actually hired.

“He was somebody with these eight and a few others that we were in talks with,” Executive Producer David A. Hurwitz said. “But he did not get penciled into the final lineup. Prior to us making our decision, it was found out that the rigors of the show were too intense for him.”

Osbourne and her son concede that the final contract was never signed. But, Osbourne says they were moving forward on the show and producers had indicated Jack’s casting was a done deal. But, just two days before Jack was to start work on the show, NBC producers emailed saying, “Regretfully, we cannot move forward with Jack’s participation.”

According to the report, AGT executive producer Simon Cowell has tried to smooth things over between the network and Osbourne. Additionally, an NBC executive offered to pay Jack his show salary anyway. But, Osbourne wasn’t appeased.

“He didn’t want the money,” she says. “He wanted his gig. It gave him something to look forward to when he was diagnosed… Think of the good that it could have done to show other people who have this [condition] that your life is not over.”

Over the weekend at the ck one presents Rock the Vote event at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago, Jack joined his sister, Kelly Osbourne, who was overheard saying, ”[Jack] is pure inspiration to everyone around him” due to his ongoing battle with his illness.

If Osbourne indeed leaves the show, she says NBC can block her from judging another competition for five years. She joined AGT during its second season in 2007. Her possible departure follows just a year after Cowell replaced Piers Morgan with shock jock Howard Stern. In addition to Morgan, former judges on the NBC competition include Brandy Norwood and David Hasselhoff.

NBC and Sharon’s reps didn’t immediately respond to Celebuzz’s request for comment.

[Update 6:59 PT: NBC President Robert Greenblatt released a statement on the accusations from the Osbournes. According to Deadline, he says:

First, we have the deepest affection for Sharon Osbourne and consider her to be part of the NBC family. And our hearts go out to her, Ozzy, Jack and his family at this time. We hold medical information in strict confidence and therefore cannot comment specifically about Jack, but as a company that cares deeply about the health and safety of everyone on our shows — especially one like Stars Earn Stripes that requires dangerous water stunts, strenuous physical activity, and uses live ammunition – we required all potential participants to undergo medical vetting to ensure that they could safely participate. Although we did not ask Jack to participate in the competition, we were able to offer him two substantial alternative roles on the show, both of which he declined. This network does not discriminate on any basis.

Sharon Osbourne caused a stir among fans last week when she wrote an ominous tweet that she wouldn’t be returning to NBC’s America’s Got Talent for Season 8.

The Talk co-host and rock star wife cleared up the statement during CBS’ TCA Press Tour on Tuesday held at the The Price Is Right studios when she revealed that the decision isn’t totally up to her.

“They’ve asked Howard [Stern] back,” she said, according to Deadline. “They haven’t asked me back. Who knows?”

And although she tried to circumvent further questions on the topic calling it “inappropriate” to discuss and saying they were there to celebrate “the No. 1 network in the world, that is CBS,” she did say one more thing on her possible departure.

When asked if she’d return to the show if she were asked, Osbourne said, “I don’t know, six years is a long time to be on any show. I have to think about me and what I want to do. I’m so f–kin’ old — I don’t know.”

NBC did not immediately respond to Celebuzz’s request for comment.

Is no talent competition safe right now from judge shakeups? America’s Got Talent may be the next talent competition to experience a panel shuffle.

On Tuesday, Sharon Osbourne coyly tweeted to her fellow judge, “My darling @HowardStern, money is not the reason I’m not returning to @nbcagt, it’s because…”

According to Access Hollywood, Osbourne, 49, wrote the tweet in response to a discussion Stern was having on his Xirius XM show about her impending departure.

NBC tells Celebuzz it’s not commenting on the rock star wife and The Talk co-host’s statement.  Though NBC Chairman Robert Greenblatt did address the news with reporters at the TCA Press Tour: “This is coming out of context. And it’s probably much ado about nothing,” he dismissed.

Osbourne’s possible departure follows just a year after executive producer Simon Cowell replaced Piers Morgan with the shock jock. In addition to Morgan, former judges on the NBC competition include Brandy Norwood and David Hasselhoff.

It also comes at a time of great upheaval at FOX’s American Idol as Mariah Carey recently filled one of the vacant seats left behind by former judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.

“No one likes hitting the X on a 7-year-old,” shock jock turned judge Howard Stern said on Monday night’s America’s Got Talent — but that’s exactly what he and Sharon Osbourne did.

Young hopeful Mir Money hit the stage with a rap act that fell flat with the judges. It certainly wasn’t for lack of charm or stage presence. When asked who his favorite rappers where, he answered “myself.” He added that he’s been in the game for four years and that with a million dollars, he could “take care of my family.”

While he was adorable, his act didn’t impress Stern and Co.

Howard was the first to drop the “X” after Mir Money failed to impress. Once he realized he did not get their approval, he burst into tears.

“You’re a very nice young man and you know that. No one likes hitting the X on a 7-year-old. You’re very brave to get up there at 7 years old,” Howard said.

He then took to the stage and gave him a hug.

“You’re a terrific young man, you know that?” Howard asked him.

“Yes,” Mir Money replied, wiping his eyes — as the audience chuckled at remark, which would have sounded conceited if he wasn’t so young and adorable.

“I don’t want to make you cry,” Howard said.

While he didn’t make the next round, he certainly left an impression.

Demi Lovato brought the house down during the America’s Got Talent semi-finals result show Wednesday evening. The singer, who completed a stint in rehab earlier this year, sang her new hit single “Skyscraper” as the crowd roared with applause and cheers.

Giving a powerhouse performance, the 19-year-old appears to be back — and better than ever! On stage, she wore a long black dress, cropped jacket and tons of jewelery. Watch the video above to see her performance.

Of course, this isn’t her first comeback performance. Earlier this month, she performed at the Do Something Awards. Demi admits she wouldn’t be where she is today, if it weren’t for her loyal fans.

The former Disney star chatted with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM morning show, saying:

“These shows are basically thanking my fans for being so supportive throughout this entire journey. … This is the first time that I will be on stage in about a year.”

Demi announced that she’s going back on tour — first starting with two dates at The Hammerstein Ballroom on 9/17 and at Club Nokia on 9/23.  Her highly-anticipated album will be released on Sept. 20 and feature collaborations with Missy Elliott, Timbaland and breakout star Jason Derulo.

America’s Got Talent may want to add a question mark to the show’s title.

Contestant Primitivo Montoya showed some very special moves on last night premiere — falling off the stage while attempting a cartwheel during his odd song and dance routine.

Thankfully, he can return to his day job as a utility worker since his plan for stardom essentially backfired. On the plus side, he’s become a viral video sensation! Watch his routine below:

Poor Primitivo wasn’t the only one to crash and burn. Another contestant, who called himself Metatron, simply walked off the edge of the stage, falling to the floor below. Unlike the previous contestant, he managed to land on his feet.

America has decided who’s ‘got talent’ and it’s soul singer Michael Grimm. The 30-year-old Mississippi native triumphed on NBC’s America’s Got Talent finale Wednesday night, winning viwers’ votes for the $1 million prize and a Las Vegas headlining show. The runner-up was the fan favorite 10-year-old mini Susan Boyle, Jackie Evancho.

Grimm dedicated his win to his grandparents, survivors of Hurricane Katrina. He lent his gravelly voice to a duet of Janis Jopin’s “Me & Bobby McGee” with special guest Jewel during the finale. Check it out here:

Which rocker thwarted Susan Boyle’s America’s Got Talent performance — and made her cry?!

That would be “Walk on the Wild Side” singer, Lou Reed, who reportedly denied Boyle permission to sing his 1972 song, “Perfect Day,” at a Wednesday taping of Got Talent, the franchise that launched the dowdy but lovable Boyle last year. The reason for Reed’s refusal is simple: according to the blogosphere, he’s not a Boyle fan.

When Boyle learned of Reed’s dis, she “dissolved into tears — unprepared to change her tune for the show,” TMZ reported.  She then “went to LAX — still in tears — to catch a flight back to London.”

Poor Susan!

Got Talent will crown its latest winner next week and one of the contenders is adorable Boyle-in-training Jackie Evancho, whom Celebuzz spotlighted last month.

America’s Got Talent delivered its “Susan Boyle moment” this week with the debut of 10-year-old Jackie Evancho, who appears to be your average adorable little girl — until she opens her mouth. She wow-ed the judges with a goosebump-inducing version of the opera song, “O Mio Babbino Caro.

”As Got Talent judge Howie Mandel put it: “She’s a child, but she’s got the voice of a well-seasoned star.”

No, not as a contestant; Gomez and her band, The Scene, took to the stage to show the show-biz aspirants how it’s done with an impassioned performance of their song “Round and Round.”

Larry King may soon be dethroned—and a Brit might be taking his place.

According to reports, Britain’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan is poised to take over the talk-show patriarch’s long-held position at CNN, after impressing the cable network’s brass with his British talk show Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.

King’s ratings been on a steep decline in recent months, dropping to a mere 771,000 viewers in the first three months of 2010, down a staggering 43 percent from last year. The 76-year-old broadcasting legend cold probably use the free time to attend to his chaotic marital situation as well.

Once the ink on the deal is dry, Morgan is expected to abandon his duties on Britain’s Got Talent and establish himself in the U.S. full-time. (He currently also serves a judge on BGT‘s Stateside counterpart, America’s Got Talent.)
