Amy Smart has moved out of her Beverly Hills home where she lived for more than a year, but she still gets to keep the 90210 zip code.

Trulia is reporting that the 37-year-old actress and her hubby Carter Oosterhouse have relocated to a three-bedroom, four-bathroom property 1.5 miles away. The gated estate includes stone fireplaces, a large media room and more than 4,100 square feet.

The Beverly Hills digs also include plenty of outdoor space, a free form swimming pool and a waterfall. Sounds swanky!

Smart and Oosterhouse, who currently hosts HGTV’s Carter Can and Red Hot and Green, have been married since September 2011. Last spring, the couple shared some eco-friendly home tips with Celebuzz.

“Whether it’s repurposing, recycling, using old furniture and giving it new life instead of tossing it out… sometimes you can find old pieces of furniture that have a lot of value to them,” Oosterhouse said.

“For me, it’s like, with clothing, you can have vintage clothing you can restructure,” added Smart. “Or it’s putting a water filter in your house so you never have to use bottled water again.”

Amy Smart is a busy girl around Hollywood!

The Varsity Blues actress just finished a returning guest spot on Showtime’s hit show Shameless as a mother of three, has an NBC pilot in the works and now has teamed up with an animal rights cause on her downtime!

Can we expect to see Amy reprising her bad girl role as Jasmine on season three of Shameless?

“I hope they want to bring me back for another season,” Amy admits Celebuzz.

As for latest projects, Amy divulges some juicy details on an NBC pilot called Bad Girls that actually has the same show runners and writers as Shameless. Also set to star My Name is Earl actress Jaime Pressly, the comedy follows the ins-and-outs of a group of unlikely women in a federal prison: a scandalous female warden, her new protégé and a host of inmates – some mothers, some friends-who struggle with loyalties to people on the inside and the outside.

When she’s not gracing the small screen, Amy, 36, takes time to be apart of a cause helping the welfare of pets. She is working with ASPCA and Pet Armour to launch more affordable pet care for all animals. “I am really excited about this, I am a huge animal lover!”Amy and her husband, Carter Oosterhouse share two cats and two dogs together.

One Tree Hill‘s Sophia Bush and Shameless‘ Amy Smart both stopped to speak to Celebuzz about the importance of giving back amid today’s economic turmoil at Satruday’s Art of Elysium gala. Bush even gushed about how her charity work had landed her a visit to the White House.

Not only did Sophia speak to us about her charity, but she also dished a little bit about life after One Tree Hill. With its ninth and final season in full swing, the actress opened up about her future projects.

“I joke now, ‘I’ve got to do my homework now. There’s all these scripts to read and things to look at,’” she said. “It’s a very exciting time. Being in the position to figure what to do next is wonderful.”

But Sophia wasn’t the only star in the giving mood that night! Amy Smart also spoke out about giving back.

“Regardless of the economic climate, I think it’s always important to give back,” said Smart. “It’s part of being a human. It’s a balance. We always have to give back, in my opinion.”

The actress also nabbed herself a charitable mate as well! Hubby Carter Oosterhouse is an integral part of Carter’s Kids, an organization build playgrounds for children all across the United States.

She looked AND shopped smartly at the opening of the new West Elm store on Thursday night in Beverly Hills benefiting the Art of Elysium! Dressed to kill in a black fringed top and cute blue animaltastic mini, Amy was looking good for a good cause.

Others celebrities such as the adorable Brothers & Sister star Dave Annable were also in attendance.

Earlier this year, Amy got hitched! She wed TV handyman Carter Oosterhouse in September. 

Alexander Skarsgard is slowly easing into his bachelor lifestyle again after breaking up with actress Kate Bosworth. The True Blood star dined at Beauty & Essex on Wednesday — much to the chagrin of some men wining and dining their ladies. Wearing a black blazer and pants and a white button-down, Alexander hit the town with a male friend and enjoyed a lavish meal, which included a NY strip steak, steak tartare, lobster jewels on toast, kale & apple salad, soup dumplings and salt & vinegar French fries.

Although women were dying to get his attention, he tried to politely ignore the ooh and aahs around him. “While no one actually approached the table, you could tell that every girl in the building was swooning over him — even the staff!” an onlooker tells Celebuzz, adding that he was “very gracious all night” and “warm, personable and super-humble” to the waitstaff.
