The NewsRadio star was recently spotted giving one lucky female fan a little lesson in motorboating. According to photographers, Andy pulled over once he saw the busty fan (and the photographers) and asked if he could, well, you can see for yourself.

The bespectacled comedian has had his share of problems in recent years, including a 2008 arrest after he pulled down a 17-year-old girl’s top in public, an arrest earlier this year for allegedly groping a bartender and patron at a bar in West Virginia, and a drunken stumble into a family’s home after he attended a wine tasting in April of this year.

The troubled actor broke into a family’s home last week and nearly got himself arrested. The mother of the family made a hilarious 911 call, where she said Andy was “absolutely loony” and claimed that he was looking for his son’s home.

The 911 caller speculated that Andy was on “something” and described him as a “well-to-do rich white man.”

Ultimately, the police caught up with silly ol’ Andy and the 911 caller decided to not press charges. Instead of arresting him the police drove him to his home. Just another night for Andy!

Dick was arrested last night in Huntington, West Virginia around 4 am with two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

According to a press release issued at 12:26 p.m. Saturday from the Huntington Police Department,  officers responded to a call at Rum Runners at 819 3rd Ave. to investigate two alleged incidents of a patron engaging in non-consensual sexual contact with a bar employee and another patron.

We can’t wait to hear this whole story. Oh boy…

On today’s Tyra Banks Show, Dick, 43, and Dr. Drew Pinsky, 50, talk about the Celebrity Rehab spinoff. Andy in particular lets a few zingers fly.

“I know that I’m ready to turn a corner with my alcoholism because I’m willing to talk about it,” says Dick, who was arrested in July for drug possession and sexual battery.

He then gave the scandalous revelation that he’s “tri-sexual.”

“I’ll try anything,” he tells Tyra Banks. “I really have tried everything, except nothing with animals. There’s only room for one animal—that would be me.”

The comedian admitted to being attracted to both men and women—something that’s sure to shock the planet.

“I say, ‘I’m bi, my love knows no gender,’ and the straight community says, ‘Oh right, that’s just a cover-up—you’re gay!’” says Andy.

“And the gay community says, ‘Yeah right, that’s just a cover-up—you’re gay.”

Despite this, Andy certainly doesn’t seem to have a problem getting, er, leied.

“I’ve never been monogamous with a man,” says Dick. “When I’m with men, usually I’m out of my mind drinking.”

Hmmm. Has Andy been hanging out with Oscar nominee Mickey Rourke, by chance?

People reports that Dick—who was arrested in July on charges of battery, public intoxication and drug possession—pleaded guilty to battery and possession of pot and unprescribed Xanax in a Murrieta, California courtroom today. In exchange, he will have to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet for a year. Two other charges against Dick were dropped.

The former News Radio actor was accused of yanking down a 17-year-old girl’s bra and tank top as he left Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta. Police who responded to the complaint found marijuana and Xanax in the Dick’s pockets. At the time police characterized him as “extremely intoxicated.”

The bracelet—known as a SCRAM device—will be able to detect alcohol through Dick’s skin if he imbibes while wearing it.

“Andy is a great guy. People don’t really know him and we are considering this matter closed,” said Dick’s attorney Jeffery Rubenstein after sentencing. “He’s looking forward to putting this matter behind him.”

Sure. But given the comedian’s exhibitionist tendencies, maybe he would have preferred an alcohol-monitoring cock ring?

The recently incarcerated comedian pulled hosting duties on The Gong Show with Dave Attell and decided to pull a lusty prank while he was at it.

To be witty, Andy slipped his lap weasel through a hole in a piece of cardboard and swung it like a lariat.

Original Gong Show host Chuck Barris never would have put up with this crap. And he was a former CIA operative (or so he claims); so there definitely would have been some hurt in store for Dick.

The police report characterizes Dick as “extremely intoxicated” at the time of his arrest.

Which is about as surprising as finding out that Jennifer Lopez is a tyrannical boss.
