Love was in the air as Ashlee Simpson and Vincent Piazza stepped out Tuesday night for a late-night Valentine’s Day date. The couple were lovey-dovey, kissing and holding hands as they arrived at the Dream Hotel on Tuesday evening. Ashlee and her Boardwalk Empire beau headed into the “Fashion: Take Note Studio” / Samsung Galaxy Note launch event, where they caught a performance from Band of Horses — and could barely keep their hands off one another.

“Ashlee was sitting on his lap the whole night, giggling at everything Vincent was whispering into her ear,” an onlooker tells Celebuzz. “At one point, they were full on making out and didn’t seem to mind that everyone was watching.”

Ashlee and Vincent haven’t been shy about their relationship and made their first official red carpet outing at Boardwalk Empire premiere in NYC back in September. Rumors began to swirl that the two had gotten together after they were spotted in NYC canoodling back in June.

Ashlee filed for divorce from Pete Wentz last February. The musicians dissolved their marriage on Nov. 22, according to court documents.

They have maintained a friendly post-divorce friendship and have been spotted spending time together with their son, Bronx.

Love was in the air as Ashlee Simpson hit up the Kohl’s Rock & Republic runway show on Friday with her Boardwalk Empire beau Vincent Piazza. Before the show, the couple hung out in the VIP area where they mingled with Zoe Saldana and Gossip Girl actors Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick.

Not leaving each other’s side, Ash and Vincent held hands, even as they were escorted to their front row seats.

“They looked so in love and held hands all night,” an onlooker inside the Hammerstein Ballroom tells Celebuzz. “Ashlee looked so happy and was giggling and smiling all night while chatting with Vincent.”

Ashlee and Vincent haven’t been shy about their relationship as they were spotted at their first official red carpet outing at Boardwalk Empire premiere in NYC back in September. The couple were recently spotted at at the 2012 SAG Awards.

Rumors began to swirl that the two had gotten together after they were spotted in NYC canoodling back in June.

Jenny Packham seems to be the breakout designer of awards season, with two young starlets wearing nearly identical gowns from her line at two separate award shows.

Vanessa Hudgens was the first to show up in the spiderweb-esque style at the 2012 People’s Choice Awards earlier this month, her dress revealing a little cleavage with a deep plunging neckline accentuated with a mesh overlay. Then, just last night we saw Ashlee Simpson wearing a seriously similar style at the 2012 SAG Awards, only her Jenny Packham presented her cleavage with a heart shaped top and mesh overlay.

Ashlee Simpson Wows At 2012 SAG Awards With ‘Boardwalk Empire’ Boyfriend Vincent Piazza (PHOTOS)

Ashlee Simpson walked the red carpet at the 2012 SAG Awards wearing a black beaded gown with a sheer tulle neckline by designer Jenny Packham and fierce jewelry with rings on most of her fingers.

Ashlee is at the awards in support of her man, Boardwalk Empire’s Vincent Piazza. “I am just here supporting tonight,” she said smiling on the red carpet.

The couple confirmed they have been together for eight months and Ashlee seemed absolutely glowing with her platinum blonde bob on Vincent’s arm.

“Ashlee really looked very old Hollywood glamour, fresh face, new look and new life,” said E! Fashion Correspondent Kelly Osbourne.

Jess was seen on Wednesday, January 18, leaving Mastro’s Steakhouse with her fiance Eric Johnson after celebrating her mom Tina Simpson‘s birthday in Los Angeles.

The mommy-to-be was wearing a floral mini-dress, and a black blazer paired with a very steep heeled pair of Christian Louboutin shoes. Her hair and make-up were also perfectly done. Jessica tweeted a very sweet birthday message to her mother, writing: “Happy Birthday Tina Simpson! I am the woman I am today because I have had you to look up to my entire life. I love you!”

Even though the singer is said to be due sometime in the spring she looks about ready to pop! The triple threat celebrity commented on her bumpin’ style at the TCA panel for Fashion Star this past week, saying (via Access Hollywood), “I definitely look at comfort, I buy bigger sizes. I haven’t really gone to maternity clothes because I don’t really love maternity stuff.”

We can’t believe how big little Bronx Mowgli has gotten!

Ashlee Simpson, along with her actor beau of around six months, Vincent Piazza, took her 3-year-old son to play at Tree People park in LA on Wednesday. Letting his blonde curly hair fly free, Bronx played around the park in a purple hoodie.

Even in the middle of the afternoon, Ashlee Simpson is still hot and heavy with her Boardwalk Empire beau Vincent Piazza. The new couple was spotted on Monday enjoying a lunch at the Cheesecake Factory in North Hollywood, Calif., and they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

The 27-year-old singer’s divorce just recently became final with her Fall Out Boy ex Pete Wentz. Since then, Ashlee has been preparing to be an aunt to her sister Jessica Simpson‘s baby-on-the-way!

The girls were on The Rachel Ray Show this past week. Ashlee’s sister, 31, admitted, “That’s the one thing about pregnancy — I’ll cry at the drop of a hat. Even a great souffle would make me cry.”

TMZ reports that the 27-year-old singer turned fashion designer’s divorce from rocker Pete Wentz was made official on November 22, after a three and a half year matrimony. Together, Pete and Ashlee welcomed a son, Bronx Mowgli, who just turned 3-years-old on November 20.

So, how will Bronx’s time be split between his two parentals?

According to TMZ:

“As for the couple’s kid — Bronx Mowgli — it’s unclear how the couple settled their custody disagreement … because the details of the divorce settlement are being kept under wraps. TMZ previously reported, Pete wanted joint custody of their son … but Ashlee had checked the box to get primary physical custody. The former couple also worked out a secret deal regarding the division of their multi-million dollar empire.”

The two have since moved on, as Ash is dating Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza while Pete is seeing model Meagan Camper. Check out some photos of Ashlee and hew new beau below.

Ashlee Simpson kept her 3-year-old son, Bronx, close by as she made her way out of her hotel Friday afternoon in New York City.

The singer/actress looked hipsteriffic in an all-black get-up, complete with Ray Ban sunglasses, while little Bronx kept warm in a gray sweater and hood.

Ashlee welcomed baby Bronx Mowgli Wentz in Nov. 2008 with her then-husband, rocker Pete Wentz. Her sister, Jessica, is currently expecting her first child.

We may have been introduced to her as Ugly Betty, but actress America Ferrera is showing us some sex appeal these days. Gone are the thick eyebrows and braces that we loved from the hit show. The actress made her West End debut on the opening night of the musical theatre production of Chicago on Monday (Nov.7) in London.

Showing plenty of leg and flashing that trademark smile, the former TV star, 27, is making the transition she’s always dreamed of. She tells the Associated Press:

“For me, I grew up doing theater and working on the stage, and I grew up a huge fan of musical theater and of the show ‘Chicago’ so, it’s very exciting all around.”

The young actress is the latest U.S. star to play the iconic role of Roxie Hart in the London broadway musical. She joins a list that includes model Christie Brinkley, Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams and pop star Ashlee Simpson.

We’ve seen these two out and about around the big apple, but they have finally made it red carpet official!

Ashlee Simpson and her new man Vincent Piazza were seen at the second season premiere of his hit HBO show Boardwalk Empire in NYC on Wednesday evening. The couple, who have been dating for a few months now, looked happy as they smiled and posed for the cameras.

These two have been spending lots of time in the NYC, but we have a feeling they could be heading back to LA pretty soon.

Boardwalk Empire is nominated for a slew of Emmys and we have a feeling Vincent will bring Ashlee as his date, if he does indeed attend Sunday’s festivities.

Earlier in the week, Ashlee wore a funky LBD as she attended the Herve Lerger by Max Azria show at fashion week in NYC.

Pete Wentz ‘Finally Letting Loose’ After Split from Ashlee Simpson (PHOTOS)

Pete Wentz isn’t letting his divorce from Ashlee Simpson damper his spirits. If anything, he’s embracing his new-found freedom. While in New York with his band The Black Cards, the former Fallout Boy has been embracing his bachelor lifestyle — partying into the wee hours of the morning at various hotspots around the city.

“Without Ashlee around, he’s back to focusing on his own projects and finally letting loose. This is his coming out party — and he wants everyone to see he’s better than ever,” a source told Celebuzz.

On Thursday evening, his band took the stage at PUMA’s bowling shoe launch at Lucky Strike Lanes. Pete manned the DJ turntables, rocking out and lifting his shirt a few times to show off his abs as singer Bebe Rexha belted their electro-pop hits. The previous night, Pete was spotted at SVEDKA Vodka’s National Walk Of Shame party, hanging with the likes of Denise Richards and Rob Kardashian.

Although Pete is very publicly enjoying his time away from home, don’t expect him to be as open about his love life, the source added.

“Although Ashlee made a public photo-op with her new man, don’t expect Pete to do the same. He’s going to lay low and is embracing his singledom,” the source said.

Pete’s ex, who filed for divorce in February, recently made headlines when she went public with her new beau, Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza. The pair were spotted sharing a sweet summer kiss in New York City.
