Emily Maynard may have stolen Brad Womack’s heart on The Bachelor, but the one who really got her happily ever after actually got turned down at the altar.

Season 15 runner-up Chantal O’Brien is expecting her first baby in July, according to an online baby registry, Celebuzz can reveal.

O’Brien, who reportedly married Seattle businessman Jeff Razore in May 2012, was rumored to be in the running for the season 7 Bachelorette. That is, until Ashley Hebert bumped her out of the top spot and took the title role (and is one of the refreshing few who actually met her match with hubby J.P. Rosenbaum).

Already six months along, it looks like the 30-year-old stunning brunette is prepping for parenthood with her bundle of joy’s expected arrival fast approaching on July 5.

According to the Babies-R-Us registry, the mommy-to-be has everything checked off on her wish list, from the cutesie — Brica musical mirror ($27), Fisher-Price bunny bouncer ($65), Fisher-Price fun tub ($38) — to the essentials — digital video baby monitor ($300), Bright Starts teethers ($4), Gerber white onesies ($9) — to the stylish — JJ Cole diaper clutch ($20), Baby Bjorn carrier ($190), and Britax travel stroller ($380).

Although we can’t quite tell if she’s expecting the pitter patter of little boy or girl feet, her Pintrest keeps us leaning in one direction with Chantal posting cute pics and musings for baby boy photography, rules for moms and sons, boy nursery ideas… and throws in tiny bedazzled pink Converse “if I ever have a girl,” she wrote.

And Chantal isn’t the only Bachelorette to add mom to her resume of roles. Former Bachelor stars Jason and Molly Malaney Mesnick, who met on Season 13 of the hit ABC reality show, welcomed their first daughter Riley Anne on March 14.

ABC has confirmed reports that Desiree Hartsock will be the next Bachelorette for Season 9 – which is slated to air later this summer.

The 26-year-old stylist from Colorado may have to watch out for longtime Bachelor fan Pattie Mallette (Justin Bieber’s mom) for her coveted spot as the Bachelorette.

The 37-year-old mother tweeted Monday night that she wanted to become the next star of the show saying:

Moments later, she changed her tune and admitted that she’s “looking forward to seeing Desiree” on the show.

Mallette split up with Bieber’s father soon after the pop star was born and has remained single and focused on her son’s career since.

The relationship between Bachelorette couple Emily Maynard and Jef Holm is still uncertain — even after the pair were spotted going for a romantic meal together, Celebuzz has learned.

Two months after the couple announced their engagement was off, they dined out at 5Church restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Emily dressed to kill and flirting up a storm with her former beau.

After their private meal for two, the pair headed to Connelly’s bar for drinks, but according to a source close to the couple, the water company CEO is still trying to figure out how he really feels about his former fiancée.

“Jef is still making up his mind about Emily because he was genuinely hurt when the relationship ended,” the insider told Celebuzz.

“All reality relationships are particularly difficult, and the truth is very few go the distance. It is going to be tough for them to make this thing work long-term because it will require a lot of sacrifices on each side.”

The couple has been involved in a rollercoaster relationship since Holm, 28, proposed to Maynard, 26, in July after he presented her with a stunning $150,000 diamond ring on the finale of the hit ABC reality show.

Since then, there have been multiple allegations of cheating on each side, including reports that Holm did not approve of the way Maynard was raising her 7-year-old daughter, Ricki Hendrick.

But another potential roadblock to them getting back together has been Holm’s reported new relationship with 23-year-old New Orleans journalism student Katianna Bear.

The pair posted photographs of themselves during a day trip to San Diego Zoo alongside Holm’s Bachelorette finalist friend Arie Luyendyk Jr., as reported by Wetpaint.

Holm and Bear also reportedly hooked up in Los Angeles while Maynard attended the wedding of fellow reality couple Ashley Herbert and J.P. Rosenbaum on Dec. 1.

According to our source, Holm is all too happy to keep his options open until he figures out if he really wants to get back with Maynard long-term.

“Jef and Katianna originally met at a Saints football game in New Orleans, and they both really hit it off because they had a lot in common,” the source said.

“Katianna is a fun and beautiful woman. However, he has a connection and history with Emily. But he knows that he can’t have them both.”

“Over the past few weeks, he spent time with Katianna. And now Emily is back on the scene, so it looks like he has some decisions to make pretty soon.”

Trista and Ryan Sutter had the first Bachelorette wedding in December 2003. Now, nine years later, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum will be the second couple to walk down the aisle on national TV.

Celebuzz caught up with Trista while she was at the airport on Friday — was she on her way to join in on the wedding celebration?

“Maybe, I can’t divulge,” she said with a coy laugh.

“I think they are adorable . . . I’ve met Ashley and J.P. a couple times and she’s a sweetheart.”

Sutter even relayed some wedding planning advice to the blushing bride.

“We talked about our experience and the people I loved working with [for our wedding].”

Her one regret on having her big day in front of millions watching from home?

“They [ABC] gave us the option to have a videographer and we didn’t take them up on it! I do wish we had someone who had taken a home video that wasn’t available to the rest of the world,” Sutter said.

“It was the best night of my life . . . well, besides my 40th birthday party,” she said of the milestone she celebrated on Oct. 28.

Hebert and Rosenbaum, who got engaged in Fiji on the Bachelorettefinale in August 2011, are set to tie the knot on Saturday.

“I’ve been so excited to follow their relationship and out of all the couples, I always hoped that they would make it,” Sutter said.

As for her own marriage, the mother-of-two said staying out of the public eye in Vail, Colo. has helped with maintaining longevity.

“Marriage is work and if you don’t put work into it, it’s not going to work . . . Ryan and I are in the best place we’ve ever been. We’re very, very happy and focused on each other,” she added.

Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum’s wedding will air on ABC on Dec. 16.

This is one Bachelor love story that could have a happy ending.

Ashley Hebert and fiancé JP Rosenbaum plan to walk down the aisle on national TV in front of millions next month. But what kind of wedding bands will seal their lifelong commitment to each other?

“They will be simple and classic bands,” a source close to the couple told Celebuzz.

The future husband and wife visited jeweler-to-the-stars Neil Lane in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday where the couple hand picked their wedding rings.

“They were looking at white gold and platinum rings,” added the insider.

“Hers will be a platinum and diamond ring to match her engagement ring and his will be a men’s platinum or white gold wide band.”

The pair — who found love on the seventh season of the ABC reality television series — showed off the affection for each other during the ring expedition, as Us Weekly reported.

The engaged couple was spotted nestling her arms around her future hubby’s shoulders, later sealed with a sweet kiss.

Hebert, 28, and Rosenbaum, 35, got engaged in Fiji on The Bachelorette finale in August, 2011 when he got down on one knee with a 3.5 carat cushion-cut Neil Lane sparkler.

The two will soon be creating more memories for their wedding album, with their nuptials, The Bachelorette: Ashley and J.P.’s Wedding, airing on ABC in December.

Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and her chosen man, Roberto Martinez, went all the way at Boston’s Fenway Park on Tuesday, throwing out the first pitch at the home of the Red Sox and making a play for PDA on the pitcher’s mound. 

The ball game was part of Massachusetts native Ali’s trip home with fiancee Roberto, a former baseball player himself. The pair has said they’re considering a big televised wedding on ABC.

It wasn’t the most dramatic rose ceremony ever, as promised by host  Chris Harrison, but last night’s big Bachelorette finale was a rare, classy moment for reality television.

Instead of allowing her second-choice man to pick out a free engagement ring, put on a suit and propose to her on a tropical bluff in Bora Bora, only to reject him moments later, ABC’s Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky dumped lovable landscaper Chris L. the day before the final rose ceremony, sparing him at least some of the humiliation – and torture – suffered by contestants past.

“I’m in love with somebody else,” Ali, a former Facebook exec, told a crestfallen Chris.

That “somebody” was the cleft-chinned, salsa-dancing Roberto, who charmed Ali with sweet nothings whispered in Spanish and make-out sessions in heart-shaped lagoons. He proposed and she accepted in a dreamy proposal on the previously mentioned bluff.

While hubby-to-be Lamar Odom spent the night with the boys in Hollywood, the usually-wild Khloe Kardashian was spotted leaving her bachelorette party at the Viceroy Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

And she was driving her car afterwards… so it must have not been that crazy! Her sisters Kim and Kourtney and pal Brittny Gastineau were also seen leaving the hotel, where the gals were pampered with massages and spa treatments.

Lindsey Johnson has something she wants to get off her chest.

The woman that Bachelorette winner Ed Swiderski allegedly slept with just one week after proposing to Bachelorette Jillian Harris tells Us Magazine that she’s sorry she got involved with him—and Harris probably will be too.

Swiderski is rumored to have hooked up with Johnson in the days following his televised engagement and, moreover, to have sent flirtatious text messages to yet another woman, Bethany Steffen.

Now Johnson is coming forward to explain her side of the sad, sordid story.

“I feel terrible,” Johnson says. “As Bethany has said, Ed has a way with words and this is what he did to both of us!”

Johnson, who says she broke it off with Swiderski on August 1, claims that, when she told Swiderski she was going public with their relationship, he at first granted her his blessing—and then got cold feet later that day.

“I think you should just talk to me if you have any questions,” Swiderski allegedly texted her.

Swiderski has publicly denied the relationship.

“But if he can live with what he said on his conscience, that’s his problem because he knows the truth and I know the truth and our friends know the truth,” Johnson says. “I mean, he doesn’t have to deny it all and he doesn’t necessarily have to confess everything either on national TV. He could have taken a middle road and said something more truthful.”

In Touch reports that, after nearly four months together, Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas and her chosen beau Jesse Csincsak have called it quits.

“I thought he was my fairy-tale ending,” Pappas says. “But after the show was over and we settled in to our normal lives, I slowly came to realize that we are two totally different people and it wasn’t going to work out.”

Plus, she probably didn’t relish the notion of going through life as “DeAnna Sin-Sack” for the rest of her life.

In response, Csincsak has released a teary-eyed video in which he proclaims that he “did everything in my power to try to make this work” and that the break-up is “hard to swallow.”
