The bad news: She’s doing so with Balthazar Getty. Who, at 34, is just a wee bit older than Lohan. And who still has yet to officially divorce his wife, Rosetta Millington.

People magazine reports that LiLo and the Brothers & Sisters actor—who famously dated Sienna Miller last year—spent some quality time at West Hollywood watering hole Voyeur last week. According to a nightclubbing mole, the two sneaked through the back door to avoid detection, and were “all over each other” at their table, which was situated at the front of the room—not exactly the way to go if you’re trying to be stealthy about things.

Lohan and Getty reportedly stayed for less than half an hour before splitting—perhaps to take the party back home?

Doesn’t Lindsay have enough problems these days, without risking the wrath of a crazed not-quite-ex wife?

The G.I. Joe actress admits in the latest issue of British GQ that hooking up with Brothers & Sisters actor Balthazar Getty—who was still married to his wife Rosetta Millington at the time—was probably a mistake.

But really, mostly because it made her look bad.

The affair “probably looked awful,” Miller admits, adding, “I probably seem like not a particularly nice person, not a girl’s girl.”

Gee, ya think?

“I do think sometimes people get morally superior without understanding situations,” Miller says of the negative publicity that followed news of the affair. “And the situation I got into was not ideal, but it happened and if I could go back and be more responsible, I would.”

The problem, as Miller sees it, is that she’s “always kind of done exactly what my instincts said. I have a good brain on me, but I’ve never really used it when it came to making decisions about love, which has been a blessing and a curse.”

Well, we all have our own crosses to bear, dearie.

Everyone’s favorite blonde Sienna Miller was spotted getting romantical with Balthazar Getty in Positano, Italy on Father’s Day Sunday. It’s nice to see he’s spending the day with his WIFE and kids.

This is the first time we’ve seen the couple since February, when it was rumored that their shady relationship was dunzo.

If Positano, Italy sounds familiar, that’s because it was where the scandalous couple was first spotted together last year! Anniversary time, baby!

Miller looks like she might have had a cocktail. Or ten.

The recent Nottingham deportee left the Groucho and headed to Jerry’s Club (having to be assisted by Groucho Club staff) where she met up with Irish actor and upcoming Hippie Hippie Shake co-star Cillian Murphy.

And guess who’s married with two children, according to Lainey Gossip? And it isn’t Ms. Miller.

Cillian’s youngest is 18 months old.

Sienna might have been there, done that (literally) about Cillian. The last married guy with kids she conquered was rumored-soon-to-be former ABC series star Balthazar Getty.

Cillian’s pair of tots might seem like small potatoes to randy Miss Miller.  After all, Getty has four kids with wife Rosetta Millington. And Sienna’s rumored to still be seeing him.

So a married guy with two kiddies isn’t much of a spouse burglary challenge.

Sienna should take on Brad Pitt. That would be an adultery adventure for the ages. Six kids! And a wife who can fight back.

To Sienna’s credit, there are no reports that she left with Cillian from Jerry’s Club. She exited via a side door at 3:30 a.m.

Crazy Days and Nights (who broke the news that T. R. Knight was unhappy about his role on Grey’s Anatomy) cites Getty’s publicist as the source for news of his 33-year-old client’s dismissal.

Despite earlier featured roles in such films as Feast and Dirtbags, 17 appearances as Thomas Grace on the J. J. Abrams ABC series Alias, and 60-plus episodes opposite Calista Flockhart, Rachel Griffiths and Sally Field in Brothers and Sisters, Getty was little more than an obscure television actor to most of America until his summer fling with Sienna Miller, 27.

The affair was public and widely photographed and may have led to issues between Getty and co-star Matthew Rhys. Rhys is an ex of Miller and is believed to have introduced the pair, although not with the intention that they hook up. Speculation has tension between Rhys and Getty as contributing to the potential firing.

Still, Balthazar can look back at the pictures and honestly tell himself: You know what?  It was all worth it!

I’m expecting another banner year for outrageous behavior.

The blonde actress was tapped by British rockers the Hours to star in a long-form music video for their track “See The Light.”

Director Tony Kaye (American History X) along with art director Damien Hirst shepherd the 26-year-old actress through the intense footage, where she plays a patient in a mental hospital.

Art director Hirst is among the most-successful artists of modern times.  A London auction of 200 of his pieces in 2008 garnered $125 million.

Damien’s signature animal carcasses and Sienna’s tears, temper tantrums and chain-smoking pepper the clip, which is basically a complete nervous breakdown in just under eight minutes.

“Death feels like the safest place for me right now,” a frenzied Sienna confesses, her eye makeup smeared and hands shaking.

The work is reminiscent of Miller’s turn as Andy Warhol-muse Edie Sedgwick in Factory Girl, so far the best critical reception of her career.

Of late, Sienna’s personal life has been getting bad reviews. The public and paparazzi targeted Miller after she went publicly naked on the Italian Mediterranean with married Brothers & Sisters actor Balthazar Getty in the late summer of this year.

The two have shared very public on-and-off periods in the past months, leaving little focus on their actual careers.

In addition to the Hours clip, Sienna can soon be seen alongside Keira Knightley and Matthew Rhys in The Edge of Love. The semi-biographical picture explores a love triangle among revered Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, his wife and another woman.

Going against character, Sienna plays the wife.

Sources inside the restaurant tell us that no hearts and stars were flying for the two.

Sienna and Balthazar’s hookup was a heavy blow to Getty’s marriage to wife Rosetta Getty, and karma seems to be coming back around.  Sienna was seen crying hysterically at the table.

“For lack of a better phrase, she was a hot mess,” the source tells Celebuzz. The couple shared a tomato and burrata salad as well as seven-layer lasagna.

It wasn’t all tears, however.  The spy said dinner was a virtual rollercoaster.

“Sienna was wiping away tears, then leaning in and whispering and giggling,” said the source.

So what’s plaguing the Brit blonde?

Could it be her constant battle with the paparazzi, or rifts in her headline-making love?

This comes despite Miller, 26, publicly declaring the couple’s illicit relationship to be over just one month ago.

U.K. paper The Sun reports today that Sienna is trying to land a film she and Balthazar, 33, can star in together. Is she completely unaware of her public perception, even after the writing was literally spray-painted on her wall?

“Her advisers are warning how unpopular [doing a film together] would be,” says a Sun source.

“People haven’t taken to them as a pair due to the way they got together. They fear people will find it a bit too sickly—and as though they are rubbing his wife’s face in it. But Sienna insists it could be movie gold and is looking for a script.”

Well, if that project fails to gain any legs, Sienna could always search for a co-starring vehicle with her reported real-life backup, Josh Hartnett.

After all, the 30-year-old 30 Days of Night actor is also in London, like Sienna.

Josh is doing Rain Man on the West End stage. And if he misses any more performances, he may just need a new job.

Miller and fellow beauty Keira Knightley turned out in BFF-force to the British Independent Film Awards, held on the Thames riverfront in London at the historic Old Billingsgate.

The pair strode the carpet to promote their new romantic triangle flick Edge of Love, a loose biopic  of poet Dylan Thomas, costarring Miller’s once-paramour Matthew Rhys.

The pair were spotted rekindling their headline making affair on Thanksgiving, when 26 year-old Miller attended a book party in London with Getty, 33. While that night they were spotted socializing as late as 2:30am, we’re guessing Miller had a softer go with Kiera.

Knightley has already settled on one beau, which we admit is a decidedly positive influence on embattled Miller.

Reuters reports that, in the last week or so, Miller has collected about $130,000 resulting from legal proceedings against paparazzi agencies and magazines. The offending news services had captured and printed photos of Sienna frolicking topless with then-boyfriend Balthazar Getty, 33, earlier this year.

The 26-year-old Miller initiated the lawsuits in July, claiming her privacy had been breached.

Today, Miller’s lawyers settled with paparazzi agency Big Pictures and its founder, Darryn Lyons, for $79,000 in damages related to the photos.

The agency also agreed to pay Miller’s legal fees and agreed not to photograph her at home or pursue her for pics.

A little more than a week ago, News Group Pictures, owner of British tabs News of the World and the Sun, shelled out $51,000 for publishing the pics, which they agreed violated her privacy.

Miller’s lawyer, Mark Thomspon, notes, “We hope that people will back off my client as a result of this.”

And perhaps, with her newly-gotten windfall, Sienna can buy herself a sense of modesty.

“I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that,” Miller told Us on Friday at the Hollywood Dominoes: VIP Launch in London. “It’s nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.”

No!!! How? Why? Surely these two wouldn’t let trivial things like Balthazar’s wife and children get in the way of their relationship?

Sigh. Well, guess it’s no surprise, then, that voracious, man-hungry Sienna went on the prowl after the Hollywood Dominoes event Friday night.

She eventually met up with Josh Hartnett at London club Jalouse. They left together at 4 a.m.—possibly to go read in the libary?

First he’s rumored to have had sex in his hotel’s library with an unnamed woman. Then he had an encounter with worldly philanthropist Mischa Barton.

But Hartnett might be in over his head with this latest one.

The actor was photographed leaving London’s Jalouse night club at the same time—but in seperate cars—as homewrecker and graffiti magnet Sienna Miller.

This seems like a natural course of events since a.) Miller and her married lover Balthazar Getty appear to be on the outs, and b.) Josh seems like a manwhore.

Well, you gotta hand it to Hartnett—he sure knows how to pick ‘em.

Than again, Sienna apparently might the one handing it to him now.

It seems that the Brothers and Sisters actor is hesitant about ending his marriage with wife Rosetta Millington, despite being seen round the globe with Sienna in a very public tryst.

Four kids are involved, you see. And Getty is allegedly starting to care how this will affect them.

“Sienna is back in London to give them both some cooling-off time. She has really wanted to be able to step out as a couple, but Balthazar is very torn over his children, and it looks like he might be wanting to go back to his family. Sienna is devastated,” a source says.

The Daily Mail also reports that Sienna likes to party and, as a recovering alcoholic, Getty’s more of a homebody.

The signs don’t bode well for these two relationship outlaws. Sienna is known to drop men like other people dispose of used Kleenex. Getty might want to start sending his wife flowers, diamonds, and his testicles stat.

Allegra, the 22-year-old daughter of designer Donatella Versace, was out with her mom in New York City Thursday to attend an event honoring the elder Versace.

Judging from her matchstick-width legs, she’s been on an air and pretend-water diet for a while.

Then again, there’s always the possibility that this sticks an IV tube in her kid and sucks her essence out every night.

And what was Balthazar Getty doing hanging with the Komodo dragon of the fashion world and her emaciated offspring?

Paying off his karmic debt for being such a colossal dirtbag, duh!

Do we have to explain everything around here?

Just what has the part-time actress been up to? Maybe she’s been trying to start up her own website, since even her most loyal fans have called it quits on the skinny blonde celeb. 

Perhaps she’s been lounging around her London digs with her new mystery man? He went shopping with her in New York City, so he’s probably down for anything. 

But, in all honesty, she’s probably just been watching reruns of Brothers and Sisters, to make up for the time she’s not spending with the love of her life, the honest and caring Balthazar Getty. 

Hence, the reason for her rare smile this week!

It also means we’re smiling with her. The actress and Balthazar Getty paramour surfaced in her native London at the Frieze Art Fair in Regent’s Park.

Miller looked cute and casual in a black cropped jacket and day pants, but her best accessory were those pearly whites. With all of the melodrama surrounding she and Getty’s relationship, and the subsequent media attention, she’s cracked nary a grin lately.

Glad to see her back to form, with an approved camera no less, and indulging her cultural side. If she keeps it up, she might just resemble her former radiant self—you know, the one that had her run of cute boys.

The actress and homewrecker looked much better here then she has recently when caught unawares by the paps.

So who is this gentleman? And where is Sienna’s soon-to-be-divorced beau Balthazar Getty?

He may still be dreaming of his scandalous vacay with Miller over on one coast, but she doesn’t seem to be wasting any time on the other.

The two-timing Brothers and Sisters actor famously left Millington for an on-going tryst with celebrity man-snatcher Sienna Miller.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Rosetta feels that filing for divorce wouldn’t allow her a claim on Getty’s future earnings, especially his billion dollar inheritance from his family’s oil fortune.

Millington reportedly told him that he will have to file for divorce himself.

That’s not the only storm cloud on Balthazar’s horizon. Word is that Brothers and Sisters producers are thinking about putting his character “on the back burner” in the coming season due to all the hubbub over his extra-marital activies.

One of is co-stars, Matthew Rhys, is Sienna’s ex, and isn’t evening speaking to him.

Balthy might want to take note of the fact that paparazzi pin-up girl Sienna Miller isn’t exactly a lucky charm.
