Those skimpy red swimsuits will forever be remembered, but what about the stunning stars that wore them?

Nicole Eggert made headlines Thursday as she was seen prepping to star on CBS’ new celebrity competition series, Splash.

The 41-year-old flaunted a much fuller figure compared to her Baywatch days, making her a prime candidate for the show where she will (hopefully) snap back into shape by learning the art of diving.

But seeing Eggert got us all nostalgic and thinking: what happened to the rest of the Baywatch babes?

Carmen Electra made headlines recently when she announced that she’d be stepping away from acting to focus on her vocals.

In November, Electra released her song “I Like It Loud,” and even filmed a music video to boot.

“I love acting — but deep down inside this is what I have wanted to do for so long,” the 40-year-old  told Celebuzz. “I have got to the point in my life where I have felt like I have to go for it. Now is the time.”

Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson took her talent to the dance floor, appearing in Dancing With the Stars: All Stars last fall.

Unfortunately, the blonde bombshell didn’t last too long and was the first contender to be eliminated from the season.

Former Baywatch chick Traci Bingham was hot on the campaign trail today, tramping through Los Angeles to make her case for Gimme My Reality Show!

Bingham is vying against Kato Kaelin and Gretchen Bonaduce for her very own non-scripted series. The final winner will be determined by viewer votes.

Bingham’s get-out-the-vote drive included doing this and also this.

Her series, if she wins the competition, will be called American Sex Symbol.

A nationwide search for the country’s next major sex symbol, the show will pit a group of beauties against each other in a series of challenges.

Viewers will also face a challenge—to watch more than five minutes.

What’s going on with the former castmates of Baywatch?

How could these onetime buff and curvy bods have fallen upon such un-sexy times? (Or yuck-sexy, in certain cases.)

Nicole Eggert, who portrayed “Summer Quinn” in the syndicated ’90s hit, has sued her ex DJ Lethal (real name: Leor Dimant) for burning her with cigarettes and other brutality.

Lethal is a former member of “Jump Around” rap act House of Pain, as well as Limp Bizkit.

“Nicole testified she and Lethal had a knock-down drag-out before leaving for Mexico last year,” reports TMZ. “Undaunted, they still went south to Cancun, where Nicole claims Lethal burned her with cancer sticks after accusing her of flirting with another dude. Nicole also claims Lethal later threw a drum machine at her.”

The site notes that the alleged abuse that occurred in Mexico cannot be tried in the United States, so the case here is about the fight prior to the trip.

Lethal had better watch out, though. If he gets off, the last thing he’ll want to run into is this.

The real fun began when she straddled the mop and started galloping up the aisles…
