The gorgeous 26-year-old singer was spotted heading into a tattoo parlor to meet old friend Benji Madden on Thursday, May 19. (Delta told the paps that she did not get a tattoo.) Wearing a skin-tight black dress, black booties and a cropped denim jacket, Delta turned more than a few heads as she strutted her stuff around West Hollywood. Every guy must be thinking that Nick is one lucky man!

Speaking of Nick, the Jonas Brothers cutie cleared up a few confusing rumors yesterday on Twitter.

RadarOnline reported on Thursday that Nick removed two photos of Jane Fonda and Jim Morrison that were placed in his new $5 million penthouse by his interior decorator because he allegedly didn’t know who the two stars were. However, Nick quickly put the weird rumor to rest. “The rumor about me not knowing who Jane Fonda and James Morrison are is really funny,” Nick tweeted. Hey, maybe he just didn’t like the photos?

Shedding their evening finery from a UNICEF charity shindig in Beverly Hills, the two swapped into their casual Young Hollywood garb to celebrate Joel and brother Benji’s accomplishments as a band.

The Greatest Remixes by Good Charlotte hits shelves tomorrow, thus Epic Records threw a bash at Ecco Ultra Lounge in Hollywood for the group.

Celebuzz is told newly-single Benji, having been freed from his monogamous obligations to Paris Hilton, wasn’t remotely capitalizing on his solo status.

“It was obvious,” the source said, “every girl was trying to talk to Benji, but he paid no attention to any of them.”

Looks as though he was plenty occupied with his potential sister-in-law and bro.

Tell us, Benji, do bunny ears mend a broken heart?

They two men were spotted having a serious bonding session on Wednesday at Hollywood hot spot Bardot.

“They had an amazing night, it was a boys night for sure,” a source tells Celebuzz, adding that the music men were joined by funnyman Jonah Hill.

The spy describes Benji’s mood as “upbeat,” as he and AM may have been trading anecdotes. Not only has Madden, 29, just parted ways with 27-year-old Paris Hilton. AM, 35, was once engaged to her best friend Nicole Richie, 27.

If those turntables could talk.

The pair came together over little Harlow Madden, the daughter of Nicole Richie and Benji’s brother and band mate Joel. After Harlow’s birth in February of this year, Hilton rushed to the aid of new mom and BFF Richie, colliding with Benji and sparking a media craze with the announcement of their courtship.

The Sun reports that the 27-year-old socialite had a warm encounter with her former beau, 23-year-old professional kite boarder and Greek oil heir Stavros Niarchos III. The pair were spotted at Miami’s Mokai nightclub on Saturday night.

Paris and Stavros were in town separately for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.  Apparently the sight of all that female skin made Niarchos—who dated Hilton in 2006—nostalgic for the fleshy delights of his romantic past.

A source says that Stavros—who’s also put in relationship time with Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen—made “a beeline” for Hilton when he spotted her at the club. From there, things got a little frisky.

“Stavros looked thrilled to see Paris again and was spotted stroking her hair,” the source reveals. “They then looked deep in conversation.”

Well, no doubt.  A couple with their shared history had a lot to discuss.

It will be interesting to see how Paris’ current man, 29-year-old Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden, will react to news of the reunion. Last month, Madden told Life & Style magazine that he’s “madly in love with Paris.”  He added: “I am the most loyal guy in the world and would never even look at anyone else.”

But can Benji be sure the feeling’s mutual?

Younger sis Nicky Hilton was spotted in West Hollywood on Tuesday night for a recurring family-tradition, celebrating Paris‘ latest accomplishment, this time gracing Nylon magazine’s cover.

Paris’ longtime friend Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein played disc jockey for the bash, held at supper club Foxtail.

“He’s pretty much back to form, and it seems like he’s over the attention,” one source tells Celebuzz of Goldstein. The music spinner remained in his dark dj booth for the whole evening, only emerging for a photo op with the siblings.

He’s still got the crowds interested, however.

“He spun on the second floor of Foxtail,” the source says, “and everyone was clamoring to get upstairs. It was packed.”

Then again, maybe all those party people wanted a glimpse at Paris and main squeeze Benji Madden.

The pair are evidently still dating, as Joel’s bro showed to celebrate his covergirl. The couple, along with Nicky and rumored finace David Katzenberg, shared a booth furnished with p.i.n.k. vodka.

And by “select,” that means a total of eight across the country.

Directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, the helmer behind Saw II through IV, the gory musical is about a bio-tech company repossessing people’s organs.  The bloody flick scared up only $53,684 at the U.S. box office in opening weekend, but critics initially thought Saw wouldn’t go very far either.

Paris, on the other hand, has only been dating Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden for nine months, but has been opening up more than Nicky about plans to marry and start a family in the very near future.

Neither Hilton has a very good track record; with Nicky’s quickie Vegas wedding and annulment, and Paris’ short-lived engagement to Paris Latsis, it’s hard to imagine either of the sisters actually going through with it.
