And if you just take a gander at the ginormous Beverly Hills mansion the comedian has been trying to unload for a whopping $26.5 million, you’ll understand why his palatial property is nothing to laugh at… unless you’re Lawrence, who’s hoping he’ll be laughing all the way to the bank.

The Bad Boys star actually rented out the 15,000 square foot property in June 2012 for an equally–sizeable sum of $200,000… wait for it… per month, but after undergoing some even fancier renovations it’s back on the real estate market and after six months is still trying to find that lucky new owner with the fattest (and deepest) pockets.

For that kind of coin, you better get A-list amenities fit for a comedy king. And, as you can see, it doesn’t disappoint: The two-acre Neoclassical estate comes with seven bedrooms and even more bathrooms — 10 to be exact. And you won’t have to leave the house to do much. It has a movie theatre with consession stand and state-of-the-art sound system.

And there are plenty more wow factors — grand marble entryway, wine cellar, his and her master baths with sauna, steam and lounge rooms.

Even the grounds are just as jaw-dropping — complete with stunning pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, cabanas, tennis court, and 1000 square-foot gym and guest house.

Remember when Rihanna couldn’t unload her defective Beverly Hills mansion fast enough four years ago?

It was so bad (complete with extensive leaks and structural issues), that the “Umbrella” singer filed a lawsuit and was even willing to take a more than $2 million profit loss when she listed it as a short sale in November 2011 for $4.5 million. (And the new owner bought it for the bargain price of $5 million instead.)

Well, the house saga continues.

Ever since the industrious flipper put it back on the market in September 2012 for a whopping $9.95 million, they still can’t sell it seven months later.

So that’s good news for a potential buyer because now they’ve slashed the price from nearly $10M to $8.395M.

The 8,520 square foot manse with 270-degree views of the Los Angeles skyline has gotten a facelift, but still has rocker RiRi written all over it.

Complete with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the gated home comes with a tiered home theater for private screenings, three fireplaces, bar, library, chef’s kitchen, pool and spa, and a custom closet with suede ceilings.

But the 25-year-old superstar has moved on and in to even fancier digs to the tune of $12 million.

The 11,000 square foot Pacific Palisades, Calif. pad similarly has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, zero-edge swimming pool, and media and game room.

Not too shabby, RiRi.

And if it sounds familiar, it’s the same property where an intruder was arrested by police for just two months ago.

Marisa Zanuck could be ditching the California sun to take a bite out of The Big Apple.

The Beverly Hills Housewife, who’s married to film producer Dean Zanuck, was spotted looking at swanky apartments in the Soho and Tribeca neighborhoods of Manhattan on April 1, a source tells Celebuzz.

“She was looking at lofts in the $4 and $5 million range,” said the insider.

So does this mean what we think it means?

“Marisa has an amazing life outside of the show,” the source said. “She spends a lot of time traveling and is definitely not the type of person that would sit by her phone and wait for it to ring. You never know what she is going to do next.”

Even if it means going bicoastal. But sorry, ladies, trading zip codes doesn’t mean she’ll be swapping series, too.

“Marisa doesn’t know any of the women on the New York show, so it wouldn’t make any sense,” added the source.

While it’s still unclear if Marisa will be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she wrote a farewell blog that hinted at her departure: “In truth, I have moved past all of the drama, and I don’t want to acknowledge it anymore. This is my final blog and I want to dedicate it to all of you that have supported me immensely throughout this experience.”

And it’s clear now she’s moving on… and out of the 90210, saying goodbye to Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Taylor Armstrong, Yolanda Foster, Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville.

Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer have also bid their farewells to another sure-to-be dramatic next season.

“Marisa is grateful for the opportunity and has an open mind about returning, but this is Bravo’s decision and she doesn’t worry about things she can’t control,” added the source.

While in NYC Marisa was seen all over Manhattan at special events and private dinners with Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant at KTCHN, The Chew‘s celebrity chef Jason Roberts at Delmonico’s Kitchen, Vanity Fair’s George Wayne at The Plaza Hotel, and even had time to make a special appearance at XL nightclub.

Although she’s been in a relationship with Dimitri Charalambopoulos for about a year now, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer says she has no plans to walk down the aisle again anytime soon.

“I’m not ready to get remarried,” Grammer, whose 13-year marriage to Emmy-winning actor Kelsey Grammer ended in 2010, told Celebuzz Monday at the TV Guide 2012 Hot List Party.

“I’m still healing,” she continued. “It’s not because of my ex or anything, I just don’t feel there’s any rush at this point in my life. I have my kids, I have a great relationship.”

“Why jinx it? I’m very happy right now.”

Also healing these days is Grammer’s Beverly Hills co-star Adrienne Maloof, who just finalized her divorce from plastic surgeon Paul Nassif.

Naturally, Grammer tells Celebuzz she empathizes with Maloof’s situation because they “went through something so similar.”

“I just tell her to be strong and keep a low profile for a while for her kids,” she said. “But it’s hard when everybody’s talking. It’s difficult, because I experienced it the first year. I wanted to go underground when I had to deal with the press. It’s very difficult when you’re on a reality show and you’re doing press for a reality show.”

“Adrienne’s a strong person,” she added. “She’s doing fine. It just takes a while. It’s gonna be a process for her, like anybody else.”
